Called United Health Care to let them know my father past away 5/26/26. The company automatically deducted insurance payment for the month of June as 5/11/26. I called to have the payment returned deducted June 5, 2026. I got a statement saying that the money will be retroactively adjusted 5/26/26. I called July 1, 2026 to let them know that my bank has not received it. They say give them another week. Absolutely unacceptable taking someone’s money that has died and making interest off of it.

Recommendation: The bad reviews seems to be consistent
