According to the agreement docs, they said they'd give me my money back if I cancel within 24 hours. I reached out to them 'bout it, but still haven't gotten my $199.75 refund.

I been with this company since 5/21 when I signed up with ***. Lately, *** and *** contacted me 'bout my account. I gave *** a date to make a payment to bring it up to date and never heard back from him. I sent emails, text, left voicemails and no response. I try to call the number on the website and it ain't working. I want someone to call me back so we can fix this.

UPFRONT FEES. These guys are a SCAM. I made FOUR payments of $124.88, almost $500 in 4 months when my loans were supposed to be on COVID forbearance and they still haven't done anything! NOTHING! It's IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of a "manager". Finally, I talked to "Brent" or "Brant" today or whatever that guy's name is. The "MANAGER" tells me, "Oh we had to submit a paper application and it was denied." DENIED? You didn't get me approved when you submitted my application 4 months ago AND YOU STILL TOOK MY PAYMENTS? Worst part? HE REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY - instead he told me he would refund 1 payment of $124.88. HUH? What was the rest used for? UNITED DOCU PREP CHARGED ME UPFRONT FEES. I was still getting charged fees and the application was actually denied over 45 days ago. UPFRONT FEES. The "paperwork" and the "Sales Rep" stated 100% money back guarantee. Here it is 3 weeks later and FINALLY I reach a "MANAGER" and he refuses to return my money and wants to keep my UPFRONT FEES. WHAT THEY'RE DOING IS ILLEGAL AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED ASAP. This is blatantly against the law. YOU CAN DO THIS FOR FREE BY CALLING USDOE AT 1-***.
