Journeys review: Manager

Hi I am a frequent shopper at your two locations located in Lincolnwood town Center I just want to bring to your attention the fact that your manager at your underground Journeys location is very rude does not know how to treat customers denies us service and refuses to give your customers a refund or exchange on items we have purchased there I am very upset by the way I've been treated and I will no longer shop at that location I hope someone checks into this because I'm sure I am not the only one who's been treated poorly and Unfairly due to unknown reasons I hope you guys look into this matter because the person you have running store Does not know how to talk to customers let alone treat us right thanks again for your time hope this issue gets resolved in a timely manner yours truly a valued customer
