[protected]@gmail.com that I've had for over a year. Somehow a account was made in my name and credentials. Deposits and whatnots were added to the other account and my account has taken the blame for being a victim of identity theft. I verified the actions I had taken with other necessary accounts with documents to verify I was a victim of identity theft. Documents that Underdog Support are asking for can not be produced by me and from my account because it was never me who had the unauthorized account. Now I'm restricted from my account and from my personal funds attached to the and its not fair on my behalf.
Desired outcome: Would like release of my personal funds attached to account
The have stipulations on how you have to make withdrawals but do not when it comes to deposits! if they are so concerned about fraudulent activity, then it should be a certain way you have to verify your identity before you can deposit but they don't because they don't care about how they benefit from receiving but it's a problem with payouts! something should be legally done about the deposit and withdrawal process of underdog fantasy. Proceedsers are illegal and unfair!
