UncommonGoods Great customer service!

I really don't understand why the ratings are so low! I ordered 3 items from the UncommonGoods on the 3 separate occasions. 2 of them were shipped before the delivery date (one of them I received just today, even though I ordered it 4 days ago and this is on the last week before Christmas!). For the third item I was notified by the email that the shipment will be late. It was meant to be a gift so I decided to drop off on that and asked for a refund. Their customer service responded within 10 min. They fully refunded me and told me that I can keep the item when I finally receive it.
I really appreciated it! Good job guys!

UncommonGoods Great Online Store

Thinking of ordering something from here... do it! The products offered vary so some take longer than others to ship, however, you can track everything online and they will give a ship by date which I appreciate, saves from having to reach out to customer service especially if it's a gift. Shipping times were prompt, they try to pack as much of the order into one box to avoid multiple shippings and less waste. Prices are fair, photos and descriptions are accurate, and they have some great gifts that were indeed uncommon and definitely hits amongst my friends and family! Highly recommended! (They can even gift wrap most items and can ship one order to different addresses/locations!)

UncommonGoods Unbelievable service

Not only does Uncommon Goods have wonderful and unusual gifts, but their service department is second to none. Case in point, I ordered a personalized book for a young child's Christmas from Uncommon Goods. When the book arrived it was so delightful and charming and beautifully illustrated that I ordered an additional two books to give as gifts. One of the books from the second order was lost in the mail and I was worried it wouldn't be found in time to give as a Christmas gift. I called Uncommon Goods and they placed a new order for me, no questions asked, and made sure that I received this new order in time for Christmas. A true delightful company to do business with and one I shall continue using.

UncommonGoods All went great

I ordered a birthday present 3 days before I needed it. The girl from customer service suggested a way of shipping that would get the package to me in time. I received confirmation of the order and when at 4 on the day promised the package had not arrived I called customer service to find out what was up. The gentleman who answered quickly looked into my issue. When he needed more time he said hed call me back. And less than an hour later he called. He said that the package was scheduled to arrive before the end of day, which was 9:00 that evening. And sure enough the package arrived in time! So helpful, and the present was even nicer than I expected. Thank you to your customer service staff. They all deserve a grade A!

UncommonGoods Spectacular customer service and wonderful offerings

First of all, the products are unique and very well made. I've ordered here many times. For a gift for my mom I ordered a hummingbird feeder with several small glass containers within a metal frame. When she opened the package, one of the glass containers was cracked. I called customer service, expecting there to be quite a run-around, since the item was made by an artist - but nope... they shipped a new one out to her IMMEDIATELY and sent me a return label at the same time - no delay for return of the broken item... nada. Mom had her hummingbird feeder in a couple of days. And I should add that in the several years I've ordered items here, this is the one and only time there was any sort of issue. - I suspect it stemmed from rough handling. Awesome website and catalog.

UncommonGoods Customer Service is amazing!

First of all, I love their unique and weird gifts. It makes shopping for my family or husband so much easier. I ordered some gifts for Father's Day. I followed the tracking and it was finally delivered by USPS. However, when I went to get my package from the mail room, it was not there like it said. I called Uncommon Goods customer service and was immediately speaking to a real person. They apologized for the situation. My problem was resolved within 5 minutes, they resubmitted my order and shipped it express through UPS (obviously no cost to me) AND refunded my original shipping costs that I paid. Although I would have loved to receive my package when it was suppose to originally come, but I was so impressed on how their customer service quickly and efficiently handled my situation, which was USPS's fault.

UncommonGoods Based on a single promotional message I can completely get behind this company

Hello!

As I have just recently discovered the Uncommon Goods site, I have put several things in my cart in an attempt to decide which one I want to get as a gift for someone. I also became a member(free version)and have opted in to receive texts from them. Moments ago I received what just might be one of the absolute coolest things I have ever seen a company do.

There are so many people in this world who either had horrible parents, a horrible mother or a horrible father as well as people who never really had parents and those that have lost them. However, it is that time of year when mother's Day and Father's Day rolls around yet again. In the text that I received from them, I was given the option to opt out of receiving any promotional messaging relating to mother's Day and I am almost positive I will receive a similar one for Father's Day.

Well I personally have wonderful parents. I completely understand the desire to not have to look at something such as a promotional text message involving parents as a whole. It is such a forward way of thinking which should be commonplace actually, but it is extremely impressive and that company has definitely earned my loyalty just from that.

UncommonGoods Unauthorized annual fee / deceptive business practices

We purchased once from this company back in 2021 and have been charge an annual fee since then. We never authorized an annual fee and it is very difficult to dispute or reverse the fee. Really deceptive, if not illegal, business practices. They are likely charging this fee to other clients, that are not even aware of what is happening. Since this happened in December, the charges get lost amongst your other Christmas purchases.

Desired outcome: Reverse the fees they have charge over the last few years.

UncommonGoods Avoid this website!

I paid over $200 for my order and never received it and also never got my money back. It was taking way to long so I contacted UncommonGoods customer service and they said that my order was shipped and asked me to be more patient. I called almost every day and they finally said that my order was on hold. I asked them was it possible to cancel it and get a refund and they said yes. Time passed and there was no sign of my money and when I called again they said that cancellation was not possible because my order was shipped. They gave me nothing but headache and inn the end I just gave up. Avoid this website!

UncommonGoods They promise a lot, but did nothing in order to deliver my order

I ordered some gifts for my family from the website www.uncommongoods.com. It was real scam, ‘coz I placed order on December, 1, but they promised to deliver order within 10 days. After 2 weeks I still haven’t received any items from them, but the rep continued to provide fake promises and blah-blah. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

UncommonGoods Seller didn't deliver orders and provided faint promises

I ordered some gifts for my friends from the website www.uncommongoods.com. It was scam, ‘coz the seller provided confirmation info, but no info about the delivery. I waited couple of weeks, but the seller didn’t deliver order. I sent emails and asked about the order, but heard only faint promises about the delivery. These people are scammers and ###, so be careful if you buy from them as well as post comments about your things with them.

UncommonGoods They refused to stop spamming me

I ordered an item from these guys. It arrived, it was fine. No problem.

Then the spam email started. I could find no opt-out in the mails themselves, or on the site. I contacted the company, and was able to communicate with a human being (which is nice, I'll give 'em that). However, the arrogant and offensive nutcase I spoke with told me that there was absolutely no way they could remove me from the list. She suggested that if I didn't like spam, I should've ordered by phone instead.

The likelihood of my doing further business with them had at that point reached a very low order of probability.

I started marking their email as spam in GMail. Well, I must not have been the only one, because they found a way around it and the spam began to appear in my inbox again. I would guess that they were marked spam by a lot of former customers, and had to contact Google and claim that they weren't spam after all. Some of their email is certainly legitimate communication regarding orders. They should have the brains to send legitimate email and spam from two different domains. I ended up posting a complaint about that on Google Help.

Somehow, that got somebody's attention. They must Google themselves. I heard from Uncommon Goods again, this time from the Director of Marketing. He apologized and removed me from the list. At last. This had gone on for weeks.

It shouldn't take that much work for a customer to get a simple request honored.

UncommonGoods UNCOMMON GOODS SUPPORTS THEFT FROM ARTISTS!

THIS COMPANY SELLS STOLEN ARTIST DESIGNS! Even after being notified, with documentation and websearch info ('kelly O'Neal + swindler' or 'design legacy + thieves'), this dishonest, unethical, greedy company still sells designs and merchandise stolen from Dallas-area artists! What's wrong with so-called 'businesspeople' these days that they think no one cares how evil and dishonest they are? PLEASE LET THIS COMPANY KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OF CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES AND WEBSITES THAT SUPPORT THEM! Thank you for your help!

UncommonGoods Sells Stolen Designs!

UncommonGoods.com = Theft This website sells stolen designs! Several items on this website have been stolen from artists here in Texas and are being used illegally. Maybe you don't care if a big company like this steals from artists, but we do! Until they stop this practice, if you buy from this retailer, you are supporting theft from hard-working artists! Please let your friends know! Thank you!
