Just got my cushions from Cushion Source and I gotta say, I'm super happy with them. They're exactly what I asked for - the right size and fabric. And they're really well made too. Plus, the price was totally reasonable and they got here right on time. I'm definitely gonna be ordering more cushions from these guys!

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Cushion Source. We had these two rockers from Frontgate that we loved, but the cushions were just not cutting it. They were thin and worn out, and we needed something new. So, I did some searching around and came across Cushion Source. I gotta say, I was a little hesitant at first - I mean, ordering cushions online? But I decided to give it a shot and placed an order for two Sumbrella replacement cushions.

Let me tell you, these cushions did not disappoint. They arrived super fast - like, within days - and the fit and look is just amazing. It's like we have custom cushions now. The quality is top-notch, too. I mean, these things are seriously comfortable. And they look great, too - the color is just perfect.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Cushion Source. The ordering process was easy, the shipping was fast, and the product is just fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality replacement cushions.

I just got my second order from Cushion Source, and I have to say, I'm not too happy with it. The first time I ordered from them, I got some black cushions for my outdoor furniture, and they were great. This time, though, I ordered a new set based on a fabric sample I saw on their website. But when the product arrived, it was a completely different color than what I saw on the webpage. I mean, it was like night and day - the webpage showed a black background, but what I got was nowhere near black. It was like they were playing a game of telephone, and the message got completely garbled along the way.

When I contacted customer service about this, they were pretty unhelpful. They basically told me that I should have ordered a sample before I made my purchase. Well, that's all well and good, but why even bother putting pictures on the website if they're not going to be accurate? It's like they're trying to trick you into buying something that's not what you want.

All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with Cushion Source. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I recently bought a cushion from Cushion Source for my window seat. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was 2 inches shorter than what I had requested. I was told that the cushion would grow, but it hasn't. I'm really disappointed that they won't make it right for me. I think they should either remake the cushion to the measurements I provided or give me a refund. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't stand behind their product. I've been using Cushion Source for a long time now, and I gotta say, their outdoor cushions are the bomb! They last forever, and I've never had a problem with any of the custom cushions I've ordered. So, I finally got my custom cushion order from Cushion Source. And let me tell you, it's not looking good. There are so many issues with the construction that I don't even know where to start. The stitching is all over the place, the corners are puckered, and the lines are anything but parallel. It's like they didn't even try to make a quality product.

To make matters worse, there are scratches and scrapes all over the cushions. And the measurements for the couch back are off by over 1.5 inches! That's a huge difference and makes them completely unusable. The chair backs are also off-measure, and the chair bottoms look ridiculous with the oversized backs. They look like mushrooms!

I really think Cushion Source needs to step up and fix all of these issues as soon as possible. I'm about to file a formal complaint with my bank because I spent over $2400 on these cushions and they are completely incorrect, damaged, and of poor quality.

Honestly, after this experience, I'm not sure I can recommend Cushion Source to anyone. I'll update this review if they respond and try to fix the problems, but for now, I'm extremely disappointed.

I placed my order with Cushion Source over six weeks ago and was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my custom couch and seat cushions today. However, I was disappointed to find out that my order had not yet shipped. I had called twice in the past to check on the status of my fabric order and to ensure that production was on track, but both times I was met with a very rude service representative. This representative was condescending and spoke to me as if I were a small child. I was not impressed with the level of customer service that I received.

Despite my disappointment, I understand that vinyl is a tricky fabric and that there are no guarantees when it comes to shipping estimates. However, I would have appreciated a more professional and courteous response from the service representative. Instead, I was made to feel like my concerns were not important and that I was being unreasonable for expecting my order to arrive on time.

If I didn't need these cushions so badly, I would seriously consider lodging a complaint with Visa. After all, I paid over $2,400.00 for these custom cushions and I expect a certain level of service in return. Unfortunately, the service that I received from Cushion Source was far from satisfactory. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.

We recently purchased two replacement cushions from Cushion Source, and we were disappointed to find that they didn't fit our chairs correctly. We had provided measurements for the width, length, height, and shape, but unfortunately, the replacements' shape was not rounded exactly the same as the chairs. We learned that we should have done a template, and so we reached out to Cushion Source to see if we could get a second set of replacement cushions at a reasonable price.

We followed their instructions and did the template, sending it in exactly as directed. However, when they called to say they were ready to accept payment, we were shocked to find that the price had almost doubled. We were told that because there was a 1/4-1/2 inch adjustment required based on the template, the price would be increased. We were taken aback because this possibility was never mentioned until we did the template and mailed it in. They said it was a quote, but it apparently was only an estimate.

We tried to negotiate a compromise, offering to meet halfway between the original price quote and the increased price. However, they refused to do anything but credit $20. We felt that this was not a fair resolution, especially since we were only asking for a small adjustment. In the end, we decided to cut our losses and move on. We are left with cushions that don't fit, and a bad impression about their claims of priding themselves on superior customer service.

Overall, we were disappointed with our experience with Cushion Source. While we appreciate that mistakes can happen, we felt that their response was not satisfactory. We would caution others to be wary of their pricing policies and to make sure to clarify any potential adjustments before committing to a purchase.

So, I had a bit of a frustrating experience with Cushion Source. I needed three more chair cushions, but when I called to get a quote, I was told that they were out of the material that was used for my first order. The representative said I could either wait until December or purchase the material myself. I decided to buy the material and send it to them to finish my order.

The next day, I called back because I hadn't received the quote as promised. I spoke with a young lady who seemed a bit confused. She tried to convince me that my quote should be the same as the pricing with the material provided by the company because of a price hike in the foam provided. But then she added an extra $35.00 onto the price for a template that I wasn't even sending to them. I had purchased the material myself because their company didn't have it in stock.

To make matters worse, she told me she was going to give me $50.00 off for my troubles. But really, after adding $35.00 onto the price, that's not much of a discount. At this point, I was pretty frustrated and decided that Cushion Source wouldn't be getting any more of my money.

I think the representative didn't realize that my quote was supposed to be lower since I wasn't paying for the material through the company. It's a shame because I really liked the cushions I had ordered before, but the customer service experience this time around was just too frustrating.

I recently ordered custom outdoor couch cushions from Cushion Source, after having a great experience with some cushions I purchased from Wayfair that were also made by Cushion Source. The cushions I received from Wayfair were firm and tightly stuffed with high-quality foam and batting, and were covered in Sunbrella material. I spent $265.00 to order the exact same materials and foam for my new cushions, and I expected the same level of quality and comfort. Unfortunately, that's not what I got.

First of all, I was under the impression that I had a year-long guarantee on my cushions. However, when I contacted Cushion Source about some issues I was having with the foam and batting, I was informed that the guarantee only lasted for six months. I was also told that it would cost $160.00 to have the cushions restuffed by Cushion Source, which was not what I wanted to hear.

To make matters worse, the cushions I received were loosely filled, even though I had ordered the highest quality of stuffing that Cushion Source provides. The material was the correct dimensions, but the cushions were not as firm or comfortable as I had hoped.

When I contacted customer service about these issues, I was met with a rude and condescending representative who seemed more interested in admonishing me than finding a solution to my problem. The only solution offered was for me to pay for shipping and have the cushions sent back to be restuffed for a cost of $80.00. I only needed some extra stuffing to take up the space of all the loose fabric, but I was still expected to pay for this service.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the cushions I received from Cushion Source. They were expensive and not worth the price tag, and the customer service was terrible. I would never do business with this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

However, after I posted my review, the owner of Cushion Source personally called me to apologize for the way I was treated and to offer a solution to my problem. He was genuinely concerned about my experience and wanted to make things right. He even offered to pay for the cost of having my cushions restuffed at a local upholstery business.

I was impressed with the integrity of this business and the way they handled my complaint. Mistakes happen, but it's how a company responds to those mistakes that really matters. I appreciate the effort that Cushion Source made to correct their mistake and take care of their customer. Thanks to their efforts, my cushions are now awesome!

So, I ordered a custom cushion from Cushion Source and they promised to deliver it today. But when I checked the tracking, it showed that my cushion is still in another country. I'm pretty disappointed with their poor communication with me as a client. I mean, they could have at least informed me that there might be a delay or something. I don't think I'll be using their services again in the future because of this express reason. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.
