Cushion Source - Terrible workmanship, worse service
Ordered two cushion covers for $800, and they literally disintegrated the first time we washed them. (No laundry instruction tag anywhere--you have to dig around on the website--a lot--to find care instructions, and when you find them you realize that these items are much much more delicate than any other linen items you've ever washed before in your life...

Disappointing Experience with Cushion Source: Poor Communication and Delayed Delivery
So, I ordered a custom cushion from Cushion Source and they promised to deliver it today. But when I checked the tracking, it showed that my cushion is still in another country. I'm pretty disappointed with their poor communication with me as a client. I mean, they could have at least informed me that there might be a delay or something. I don't think I'll be using their services again in the future because of this express reason. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.
