The service was excellent. The Design Consultant was so helpful and took all the time I needed to make my choices. The furniture was delivered when expected and the delivery men were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience and I have and will recommend Northwestern Furnishings.

I was very pleased with the assistance I received while picking out furnishings. When it came to delivery time, the delivery staff went above and beyond expectations in respecting my home and being helpful in placement of the furnishings. They were very kind and considerate throughout the process.

I was very happy with my experience at Northwest Furniture. They were upfront about the covid furniture delays. I was lucky to purchase a couch off the floor and had it at my house within days. We had a lovey experience purchasing new bedroom furniture from Northwestern Home Furnishings. We had looked at quite a few other stores before deciding on our selection. The salesperson was knowledgeable, our furniture came earlier than expected and the delivery men were very helpful! The whole experience was very positive.

When we had questions they were answered without bias. We bought a wonderful mattress and plan to return for other furniture items. We highly recommend them for home furnishings.

I love my new bedroom furniture that was delivered recently. The delivery men were very polite and careful with the furniture. There were 3 very small ?dings? on the dresser, so I called your store immediately to let you know. You referred me to Fred who does touch ups and he told me he will come to touch them up when he has an appointment in Spring Lake in the near future. So I will look forward to hearing from him. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. We found a pattern for a sofa and she suggested a chair that worked perfectly. It took far too long to get the sofa. Delivery and setup was completed efficiently. We were at the store during a sale and the sofa was marked down. When we asked if we could get that price matched, Amy, who was not our salesperson, said she couldn?t. We were disappointed with that. Even half the amount would have been very nice.

Northwestern Home Furnishings is the only furniture store I truly enjoy going into. The home furnishings are gorgeous and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff is beyond friendly. They are willing to work with what I already have in my home to find the perfect piece of furniture or art to fit my space. While there, I never feel rushed or pressured to make up my mind. It is amazing how they can help me find exactly what I want even when I had no idea what I wanted!

The salesperson at Northwestern Home Furnishings was great in helping us pick out furniture for our new condo. She came to our condo with samples so we could see what worked the best. They are a no pressure store which is what we liked. They carry some of the better name brands of furniture and they stand by their products. The delivery is free and the two guys who delivered our sofa and chair were very careful not to damage either the furniture or paint as they carried the furniture downstairs. We highly recommend Northwestern Home Furnishings!

We have been shopping at Northwestern Home Furnishings for almost all of our furnishing needs and the quality and care to us and our needs has always been top notch. Amy has been wonderful to work with, listening to our lifestyle and helping us to pick out furnishings to fit that style but also helping with paint colors and furniture placement - she has a great eye. And the delivery crew is like no other I?ve worked with in the past, very helpful and friendly. I always recommend Northwestern to my friends to check out first!

Northwestern Home Furnishings had a nice selection of furniture and accessories to choose from. The personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I was shown many materials to choose from to cover the chairs and couch I bought, explaining the different grades of the fabrics. When the fabric I chose was not available, I was asked to come back and choose another fabric they knew would be available. Couch and 2 chairs were delivered with a guarantee if any thing was wrong, they would make it right. Delivery guys were great setting up the furniture. I will use this store again for future purchases!

I have had fabulous service from Northwestern Home Furnishings. In the past, I have paid about $100 per hour for assistance from a decorator and have had mediocre results. Northwestern has provided me a free in home consultation that went beyond furniture selection! Amy graciously came into my home, assessed what I have and the goals of redecorating. At that very first meeting, she moved around my existing furniture and provided me with an updated color scheme. She communicated with me consistently about choices of accessories while I awaited the delivery of my new dinette chairs and gave me guidance at every turn! I highly recommend using Northwestern's free in home design option and look forward to working with them in the future.

I am in a wheelchair and I was very disappointed that I could hardly get anywhere in your store. It has three different levels so I could only get on one level and that level was so stuffed with furniture that I could not easily get around. My husband had to move tables himself so I could at least see some of your furniture. You have furniture in window displays, too, and they were also up a step or two. It was so frustrating that I will never come back. You have some nice furniture, but if anyone is in a wheelchair or handicapped, don't bother to go there. Maybe it is time to move to a nicer, larger, one level store. Or are the owners too cheap to do this? It seems like you could make more money if you had more furniture displayed and if everyone could see all of it.
