Becextech AU Honest Review: Becextech AU Offers Affordable Prices, But Be Prepared for Surprises

Before Delivery: I was browsing through Becextech AU website looking for a good deal and boy, was I impressed! The prices were really affordable and I could already see myself saving lots of bucks for my next purchase. However, the main description page was quite confusing and had too much information packed into it, but it still served its purpose.

After Delivery: When I received my package, I was impressed with how quick it arrived considering that it came all the way from China! Although, I must admit that I was a little surprised since there was no indication during the purchase process that it was from China. Imagine my annoyance when I saw that it came with a China wall adaptor, when I live in NZ! Nonetheless, the product was unlocked and I was able to use it in my country. But it wasn't all smooth sailing, when I turned it on, the battery was completely flat. I was shocked since this isn't exactly normal for iPhones. After waiting for a while for it to charge, the touch screen wasn't responding properly. I was worried that I had received a faulty product but I tried to remain calm. I plugged it into my computer and after some troubleshooting, it started working perfectly fine!

Now that it's working okay, I'm really happy with my purchase. I must admit though, the Chinese wall adaptor was a bit of a let-down. Although it's not a huge deal, I would have preferred to receive a product with an adaptor that suited my region.

Overall, I would recommend Becextech AU to those who are looking for a bargain. You just have to make sure to read all the fine print and be prepared for the unexpected!

Becextech AU International hassle: My experience with BecexTech AU

My story is pretty interesting, mate.

I am an American bloke currently loungin' in Thailand. I've got a banger of a trip planned to visit my cobber in Melbourne come March. So, I decided to purchase a new camera online from Becextech AU, and paid with my trusty Visa credit card. But, since I'm not currently in Oz and I wanted the camera to be shipped to my mate's place, it caused a bit of a hullabaloo for the Becextech crew. Let me tell ya, it was a fair dinkum headache for both of us!

Anyways, after a few rounds of emails and phone calls, Becextech finally gave me the green light and sent the camera on its merry way. I reckon the camera was dispatched pretty quick smart, considering all the drama I had caused.

Now, the real test will be when I finally lay eyes on my new camera on March 2. I reckon it better be in top notch condition, mate. Otherwise, I hope that Becextech's online reputation is fair dinkum and they do the right thing and sort it out for me.

Becextech AU Mixed Experience with Becextech AU: Order Delay and Attached Screen Protector

I gotta say, I had a bit of a hiccup with my order from Becextech AU. It seemed like my purchase somehow slipped through the cracks, and I had to reach out to them over a week later just to make sure it was on its way. But once I got in touch, things got moving pretty quickly and my order was processed right away.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with the product I received. It was just what I bargained for, and it was in good condition. However, I did have one little bone to pick: the screen protector I purchased was already attached to the phone. At first, I thought it might have been a demo or display model or something, and that I would have received it anyway even if I hadn't opted to buy it. Or maybe if I had opted out, they would have removed it from the phone. But who knows.

Anyway, like I said, the product was exactly what I was expecting, so I can't complain too much. I guess that little hiccup is just a bit of a red flag for me next time around. I might consider trying a different retailer before coming back to Becextech AU.

for taking the time to read my review about Becextech AU. My experience with this company was not the greatest, as I had to wait longer than expected for my parcel to arrive. To my surprise, I received a call from the courier company, informing me that my parcel was being held in customs until I paid the import fees. Becextech AU Beware of Becextech AU: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Restocking Fees

Man, I gotta tell ya, Becextech AU (becextech.com.au) is not a great place to shop. Like, I was tryna get this thing, right, and I talked to customer service to make sure it would get to me on time. They said it wouldn't ship before the Chinese New Year, so I asked to cancel my order. But then the CS person didn't actually cancel it, so the warehouse ended up shipping it anyway! Like, what the heck, man?

So then I called the Becextech people back to ask for a return, because clearly they gave me bad information on the shipping. And you know what they wanted to do? They wanted to charge me $150 just to restock the dang thing! That's like, almost as much as the thing itself! And the worst part is, it wasn't even my mistake, it was theirs!

When I told them they were ripping me off, they had the nerve to say "Should we wish to rip you off, we could have taken your money from the first place and not bother sending your order." Like, what kind of customer service is that? If they really cared about their customers and not just making money, they wouldn't be talking to people like that.

I mean, yeah, I know Becextech is cheap, but honestly I'd rather pay a little extra for better service. So, I guess what I'm saying is, if you're thinking about shopping at Becextech, find another place to buy your stuff. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Becextech AU Buyer Beware: Becextech AU Review - Slow Dispatch Time and Unhelpful Customer Support

This company, Becextech AU, isn't the best out there. They sell products that they don't actually have in their warehouse. They claim that it takes only 1-3 days to dispatch, but that's so wrong! Instead, it takes weeks and it's really frustrating. It's clear that the customer support staff at Becextech aren't helpful and sometimes they can be really patronizing towards their customers. I once contacted them because I wanted my refund for the product that I ordered, but they told me that I might be charged an admin fee up to AU$55 for their mistakes. I refused to accept this and argued with them until they finally agreed to refund me without any fees. It was pretty much a hassle just to get my money back. In the end, I decided to buy the phone somewhere else.

Now, here's the thing that frustrated me the most - after asking when I would receive my refund, they replied that the phone was already dispatched. What? That's not what they promised me! Now, I have two phones coming and I am worried that the phone might be refurbished or a fake Chinese product, instead of a new one.

So honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from Becextech AU. It's not just because of the slow dispatch time, but also because their customer support staff is really unhelpful. And who knows what kind of products they sell - perhaps they're not even new! BUYER BEWARE!

Becextech AU Unsatisfactory Experience with Becextech AU: Poor Customer Service and Resistance to Resolving Issues

So, I recently purchased an Asus Rog 3 from Becextech AU (becextech.com.au) and was unfortunately met with a less than satisfactory experience. While all seemed well at first, I soon noticed that the screen had cracked from the inside. I had been keeping the phone in my pocket while in the car, but upon getting out, the screen went blank and I discovered the crack underneath the protector.

Naturally, I did some online research to see if others were experiencing similar issues with the phone, and it turns out that there were quite a few complaints. However, when I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was met with resistance. Instead of working to find a solution or help me out, the company seemed more focused on trying to prove that I was somehow responsible for the damage. Needless to say, this was a huge disappointment.

Despite the fact that Becextech AU has received multiple awards, I am finding it difficult to see how they have achieved such accolades with such poor customer service. I have even reported them to the ACCC for their unhelpful and unprofessional behavior. Honestly, I have never encountered a company so stubbornly unwilling to help their customers and so focused on denying any responsibility.

In conclusion, if you are considering purchasing from Becextech AU, I would strongly advise against it. Do your research and read the reviews from other customers before making any decisions, as it seems that this company is more focused on making sales than on supporting their customers.

Becextech AU Becextech AU Review: Aussie Stock, Ex-Demo Phones, Minimal Packaging

Yo, just wanted to drop a review about Becextech AU. So, I hit up their staff asking about the quality of the display stock. They told me that it's Aussie stock, just like they advertised it on the product's title - which is good news, I mean a lot of places these days are selling dodgy import stuff.

But since it's an ex-demo phone, it won't come with original packaging and you'll only get the phone and a charger or USB cable (your choice). And they mentioned there might be some minor scratches and dents, which is normal.

They did have a condition tab with some deets, but tbh I was hoping for a bit more. So I hit them up again and said "Hey Daniel, can you give me a lil more of an explanation please? Your condition notes are pretty generic."

Anyway, I didn't get a response to my second email, so we'll see how that plays out. But overall, reckon these guys are probably decent, just need to be a lil more communicative, you know?

Becextech AU Poor Communication and Shipping Delays - My Experience with Dis Site

Dis site was pretty easy to navigate but man getting any help was like tryin to find a needle in a haystack. Da problem was that dey didn't come through on their end of da deal so I was bout ready to get da law involved. Had supposed to been shipped my phone but come to find out it was never even sent, like what da heck? It finally did show up but da wait time was mad long, like real talk if I knew it was gonna take dat long I wouldn't have even bothered. My cousin had da same issues. They really need to step up their game when it comes to communicating wit customers and gettin stuff shipped out on time. Dey said I was gonna get a free case as compensation but it ain't even here yet, it's been like almost a month! Honestly, I don't think I'll buy from dis site again.

Becextech AU Not Impressed: My Frustrating Experience with BecexTech's Site Techs

Hey, listen up folks! I gotta tell you about my experience with this BecexTech site. I had a couple issues that I think you oughta know about before you go and make a purchase.
First off, let me tell you about issue number one - it was a real doozy! I tried searching for products on their site using the search bar, but I kept running into a problem. Every time I tried to search for something, there was this limit of $500 that would come up and block my search. Can you believe it? And get this, there was this slider that was supposed to let me change the limit, but it was totally unresponsive! I tried using two different computers and still had the same issue. It was such a pain! The only way I could get around this weird limit was by going through Google instead of the BecexTech site. Geez louise, you'd think the site techs could fix this issue and save customers like me some major headaches.

Now let's talk about issue number two. When I went to sign up for an account, I had a heck of a time getting it to accept my email address. I put in my real email, the one I use all the time, and the site just kept spitting it back at me like it was some kinda fake. I mean, come on, how hard is it to accept an email address? I was getting pretty frustrated until I just decided to use my Gmail account instead. I'm not a huge fan of Gmail, so you can understand why this was really not ideal for me.

Overall, I gotta say that these two issues I had with BecexTech really put a damper on my experience. If these types of problems are common with the site, it's definitely going to keep me from shopping there in the future. I hope the site techs can get these issues fixed soon for the sake of their customers.
