I purchased the Your Turn fragrance and they were out of the Billie Eilish blankets. However, the associate said that I could call customer service and they would ship me one. That turned out to not be true. Customer service said they would only ship one if I ordered it on-line. The customer service rep suggested I return the product and repurchase it on line. That’s ridiculous this close to Christmas risking not getting it on time or the gift being out of stock. . I called the store back and asked why I was informed customer service would help and the lady was very curt saying once they were out they were out and they couldn’t help. But my question was why they told me that I could get it from customer service. Also, why can customer service help with online orders but they won’t help paying customers who went to the store.
