Ulta Beauty review: Ultra beauty salon, color and haircut

I called Ultra Beauty Salon in Sherman, Texas for a color and haircut. They said come in and the color would be $100 and be done by a Master Stylist. I arrived and after four hours and repeated adding color because of mistakes made I paid $267. There was a lot of ash color in my hair, the color was not even close to the picture I showed the person that colored and cut my hair. My haircut was very short in front and done poorly. there is no way Jenna Smith is a Master Stylist. To add insult to injury the whole time she was working on me she was trying to recruit me because she was going to quit Ultra Beauty and start her own business soon. Please see attached photos.
