Ulta Beauty review: Treatment from an employee

I visited an Ulta store in Niles, Ohio and I hadn’t been there in a while and they had a lot of sales in one manager. I felt like she was following me or something. I spent a lot of time looking and I was waiting for my daughter to call me because she needed a hair color and I wasn’t sure what color or if she liked even any of the brands that was carried at Ulta so I was kind of just mosey around the store looking at something I bought some. I had some shampoo and stuff in my bag to buy, and then I went to get in line and I was waiting in line and there was one person bringing people up and she comes out of nowhere to ring me up and with her smart [censored] mouthy attitude says boy you should shop for a long time I was furious first of all. It’s none of her business. How long I wanna shop if I wanna stay there all day and night I will and she’s not gonna do a damn thing about it. Why would you even say something so arrogant and rude and accusation or whatever she was trying to I don’t even know what she was trying to do, but she was very rude and very ignorant as I guess people cross a lot of lines and that was one of them there is no need for ignorance and smart [censored] comments from a retail sales person. I worked in sales for 10 years and if I was ever to speak to my customers that way, I’ve been fired on the spot so I don’t appreciate whatever she was insinuating or there’s a lot of product in your store and it takes a long time to walk around your store and look at everything and there were a lot of sales and I was merely looking at things, but that smart mouth ignorant woman has upset me so much. I’ll never go back to that store again. If she’s there, how ignorant are people are these people you hire because in all the years I’ve been going also I’ve never had a problem and then this little whatever she is literally made me so mad that I will never go back and actually I’m taking back the products I bought because I don’t want them now. I’ll go to Sephora and get them if I have to from now on because I will not be treated that way and disrespected and treated like I’m some kind of scumbag off the side of the street
