I am a rewards member/ulta Mastercard holder and have been since the store opened many, many years ago. My longtime stylist works at the Ulta salon in Patchogue, NY. I had a very long appointment today-over 3 hours. While I love my time in the chair I hate the fact that it is absolutely freezing in the building. And this is not the first time I’ve experienced it.The water can’t be hot enough when they’re washing my hair. I’ve been home for 2 hours and I still can’t get rid of the chill. The audacity of management making your customers so uncomfortable pales in comparison to the poor employees who take their breaks in their cars with the heaters on! Customers are only there for a few hours, employees are there for the day.
It’s downright wrong to treat all of us like that. I’m very impressed at how pleasant the staff is. I know if I worked there, I wouldn’t be.
Please know this-absolutely no employee asked me to write this complaint. This is just my reaction after realizing my previous visit wasn’t a one-off, but your SOP
Desired outcome: If you’re not going to increase the heat, at the very least supply space heaters. Not only near the hairdressers chairs but especially in the back by the sinks.Please respond
