Ulta Beauty review: Rude and unfriendly service

I arrived to Ulta at least 20 minutes before closing, I saw that customers had just left the store. I nicely told the employee (assuming it was the manager) that I just wanted to pick up an online order that was already paid for, but she just nodded no and told me I couldn't go inside. I live very far away from Ulta and I think it's very unfortunate that I wasn't able to pick up a small order even though the store was supposed to be open for another 20 minutes.

I basically wasted an hour, plus gas, just to be told I can't go into a store that is supposed to be open.
