@10:30AM on Friday 6/26/2026. My basket was filled with products possibly totaling around $200 or more (preparing for a trip). I shopped in the store for 30 minutes. After the rudeness and lack of acknowledgement I set the bag of product on the counter and walked out. I telephoned the store immediately and let the manager know what just transpired. She apologized and expressed a conversation with the employees was needed.
Desired outcome: A review of the situation. I would also like assurance that staff receive additional customer service training so future customers are treated with professionalism, respect and care.
