I was in the Mall at Johnson City Ulta store this morning. I had seen a lady in there last week, getting advice on how to apply her eye shadow. The lady put the eye shadow on for her and it looked great. She thanked her, purchased some products and left. I too, wanted to have the same experience this morning. I even took my own eye shadow by Urban Decay that I had purchased there not too long ago. I was sent to a station and a girl used my eyeshadow and told me how to use it. I had no idea that i would be charged $25.00. I was shocked.
Claimed loss: $25.00
Desired outcome: I would like to issued a gift card for the $25.00. No one told me that I would be charged for someone to show me how to apply me own eye shadow.
