I made a hair salon appointment on the ULTA online website. My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 3 p.m. I arrived at the store around 2:30 p.m. The stylist that was the appointment was with informed me that it would 3 p.m. because her current client was getting color and was still processing. I totally understand and was fine with that. I walked and waited in the store until 3:20 p.m. and she was still working with this client. I get that sometimes appointments run a little later than normal because things happen. After waiting until 3:30 p.m. I walked out the door and will not ever book another appointment with ULTA. I received a text at 3:45 p.M. Stating that my appointment had been cancelled. You think. I understand if you have to wait 10 maybe 15 minutes, but 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment is ridiculous. Thanks but no thanks. There are many other salons that I am sure would love to make an appointment and honor that time. There are plenty of salons that would love my business and honor the appointment time.
