Ulike I want a refund.

I have reached out to these folks 3 times and I just keep getting the run around. First, they tried to bargain with me to maybe gift this to a relative ect. Then they mention there will be a restocking fee. They do Not stand by there product. They state they offer a 100% money back guarantee within 90 days.

Again, do not believe the lies companies that do not stand behind their products should not be allowed to sell anything online. I emailed them 3 times so far and they will not send me a return label.

Claimed loss: 300.00 dollars

Desired outcome: The product does not live up to the hype. It hasn't removed any hair whatsoever. I will never purchase anything from here online unless all homework is done regarding a company. Shame on this company.....

Ulike Ulike IPL

I sent email requesting a return on 12-03-23 an automated email was sent telling me that before returning product they wanted to offer me extra weeks with the product, obviously that’s not what I wanted since it was within the 90 days return policy money back guaranteed the add says, anyway, that’s not what I wanted, I needs to return product because it was not as promised, efficiency wise and I keep sending emails asking for return/refund instructions and they keep sending same automated email offering extra weeks without a solution, I called left message and nothing happened, finally I received an email saying that they will charge me a restocking fee if I wanted to return product and on top of that I will be responsible for the shipping costs as well BUT they’re website doesn’t mention any of those things at all, instead they have a money back guarantee sign but it’s all fake, this company does NOT honor their 90 days money back guarantee policy.

No standard process for returns. Seems to be on a case by case basis, making up different refund policies and certain percentages of the amount that will be refunded when in fact you're entitled to the full amount if you're still within the 90 days. Ulike Ulike IPL costumer service

There website clearly says that if you need to make a change with your order, you have 2 hours to do it.

I contacted them 20 minutes after I ordered to tell them that I meant to order the upgraded version (air3 instead of air +).

They said they would be happy to do that and sent a link to pay the extra $30.

I did all that, but that day the air+ arrived at my door.

When I tried contacting customer service again (several times) and even through that stupid chat thing, I got “message undelivered” and no response.

So basically… costumer service is garbage. And I am out an extra $30

Desired outcome: I just wanted the ulike 3 or my money back.

Ulike Ulike order number 90861

I had contacted ulike customer service various times to now appeal and no answer. I even tried to get connected with a human through the bot on their website to no avail. I have checked the post office so many times, my package is not there and has not arrived. I sent this email to them then repeatedly as they have not responded the day my package supposedly "arrived" I sent this four days ago and have not received a response. I am incredibly upset. Please connect me with a human agent who can resolve this: my name is beatrix battelle and my order is missing. My order number is ug90861 or 90861 (I got two for some reason). I bought your product for 300$ and although it says it delivered a day ago it has not. I went to the post office to make sure I wasn’t missing anything and it was not there. I made the dude look for a very long time. My address is 9 crescent road, in oak bluffs 02557 in massachusetts on martha’s vineyard. Please help me. I do not want to lose money. I need this resolved.

Ulike Customer service

They used my old shipping address and literally o have sent them 5 emails, tried contacting them and chatting with the bot but no customer service agent is available to reply or even respond back to my email. Its been 12 hours and they have already shipped the item and its going to a wrong location and I can't do nothing and these guys won't respond! Absolutely ridiculous customer service!

Ulike Ulike Website Review: Slow & Unfriendly to Mobile Devices

Dude, I just tried to order a shirt from Ulike and let me tell you, their website needs some serious work. It was so dang slow, and trying to navigate through the shipping options on my phone was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I mean, come on Ulike, how hard is it to make a mobile-friendly website in this day and age?

And don't even get me started on their coupon code situation. Like, why can't I apply more than one code? That's seriously so lame. I've been able to stack coupon codes on other websites before, so why can't Ulike get with the program?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience on the Ulike website. It's a shame because they have some really cute clothes, but their website just makes it such a pain to shop. Step it up, Ulike!

Im trying to return the item because it does not work for my skin tone. Im getting the run around with the emails. I answered the that it is an open item. Which make no sense to ask me if I already told you it did not work for my skin. Clearly I used the product!
