I bought a printer from UI Digital, Inc. in December . Unfortunately, it broke within a few weeks due to a manufacturing problem. I had to wait for weeks to receive a replacement printer. However, after using the second printer for a few months, another manufacturing issue arose. I contacted the tech department at Uninet and spoke to two different people. They assured me that someone would call me back on the same day. I also sent an email, but nobody called me back. I waited for a week and then decided to ask for a refund because of the lack of support and the printer's unreliability. They told me to return the printer and it would be replaced. However, when I emailed them a week later for an update, they informed me that the printer was being repaired and would be sent back to me in a few days. They didn't respond to any of my emails asking for updates. This printer cost me over $2000, and without a working printer, I can't fulfill my orders or run my business.
