The dress I purchased from Ucenter, is a beautiful dress. It just doesn't fit. They've got a horrible return policy and I honestly didn't think that I would need to return the dress. The size they sent me is about 2 sizes smaller than it should be, according to their measurements on their website.

Upon receipt you've got 14 days to initiate a return. But they will not accept a return until it's approved by them and they send you the return info. You are responsible for shipping costs and they only give you back 80%, they charge a 20% restocking fee.

I have emailed them about 20 times with no response. I've also gone to their website and created about 15 tickets. Someone is supposed to get back to you within 24 hours, but no one has contacted me. The 14 days are almost up and I'm about to lose almost $200. This is complete [censored].

I ordered a wedding dress that looked beautiful on the website. I chose to make it custom and assumed it would take more time. But it didnt and when it arrived it looked cheap and not my size, definitely not custom

Made to my measurements!

After a little bit of digging I found the original dress online from a uk retailer brand. They simply copy styles from other stores and make a knock off version with low quality fabrics.

Now ive contacted the live chat and customer support 2-3 times and have not heard back once. Only sent the transcripts of my chats with a bot. We re now going to have to cancel through bank and report this website as fraud! Awful experience. Will never buy anything else from chinese stores online.

I have contacted the chat group many times they say someone will get back to me within 24 hours and no one has I need to know where my dresses I need a tracking number I need to know my dress was made and sent out I have a wedding for my daughter and I need the address immediately My email is DIANACABRAL [protected]@gmail.com. If not, I’m going to call my bank and I am going to dispute the charge and go buy another dress somewhere this is a photo of my dress, but it is in sky blue.

My bridesmaid received her dress in the mail on 11/16/2022.

I had my wedding planner contact you on 11/16/2022 regarding the issue. We did not receive a sufficient reply nor help with this predicament.

My bridesmaid does not want that dress because she is not satisfied with it. We do not want to exchange it, we want to return and receive a refund. Please provide us with the prepaid shipping label and directions for a full refund and return.

They lie us publishing stolen pictures on their website. So no wonder people write bad reviews about how their clothes look absolutely different. It's a daylight robbery.
The quality is terrible, the material made of crap. Hard to return, hard to refund.
Everything is against customers who bring them money.
They don't refund in full. Why? Because of additional fees and fines that aren't mentioned anywhere. Run away!
