Uber Eats my uber driver Bhupinder Singh

i ordered three large pizzas from pizza hut tonight and when the uber driver arrived he had one small box. i saw he had made a previous order on the way to my house. i informed him that that wasn't my ordered and he told me hed be back with my correct order. 5 mins later i messaged him and he said he was on his way back to mine. then proceeded to cancel my order and charge me full price stated that he "contacted me" which is utter bs. im not paying for food i never received because the driver was incompetent of doing his job properly! ill never be ordering from uber eats again!

Uber Eats Order was not delivered

I placed an order on 30/08/2022 and the order #A752A from Simply Asia, Stoneridge. I selected the address that I am at while placing the order (1 Modderfontein Rd). When the app said that my order has arrived, the driver sent me a message saying that he was at the gate and a timer was placed. The driver then proceeded to tell me that the app sent him to a different address (Greenstone Hill) than what I had selected and then asked who is going to pay for his petrol to come to the correct address. After the 8 minutes timer expired, the chat between the driver and I disappeared and the status of my order was "completed" but I have not received my food, but the payment has been made.

Uber Eats All screen shots prove my cold food! And being more than 2 hours late!!!

Just too clarify this was my yesterdays order just trying to order some from Uber eats

So firstly I order The Mexican food place, 20 mins go by, for the restaurant to ring me and tell me their closing soon, so had to get a refund, so 20 quid down with no food..

So I order McDonald's around 11pm, it tells me it'll be ready for 11.40, delivery picks it up then puts it down then delivery driver changes like twice nearly 3 times! I've got screenshots of my messages with the Uber eats delivery driver, that this restaurant is under staffed and run by idiots, and my order got thrown to back of the line freezing cold not even put under heat lamp! When my food finally arrives at 12.45 absolutely freezing and the drinks all melted no ice in them just warm milkshake, and I just asked for a refund and it's not possible! Are you joking right now! I'll be taking this too court this is like the 10th this has happened in like 3 months! I expect a refund! You gave me cold food, which I couldnt reheat cuz it's chicken! 40 quid down and no [censored]ing food! Uber eats sort it out!

Desired outcome: Refund of all meals or I'll sue you over not giving me refund when necessary and taking my money

Uber Eats I have changed twice for an order I placed today

My name, address, & mobile no: Mrs Sharon Martin; 14 Kimbolton Close, Lee, SE12 0JJ, mob: [protected].

First/&/:second Order placed at: Morley’s, (Burnt Ash Hill) on: 18/0/08/22! First Oder time: @: 16:06 hrs, for: £40:94, couldn’t be delivered~ due to issue with delivery driver, (fare adjustment of -£40:94 made)! I had to “RE-ORDER”: Second order placed @: 17:34, For same amount as first order: £40:94, was charged double : £82:77 (order EOD79)!

I called merchant, who advised I contact Uber, to get refunded!

Please refund me ASAP!

Thank you.

Uber Eats Canceling order

8/14/2022. Canceling order… unbelievable! I placed an order with the Fazollis in Chesapeake Using the Uber eats app. I guess Uber eats only has one driver, and if that one driver is too busy, they cancel the order. I just spent the past 45 minutes waiting for food that will never arrive. Unbelievable! Deleting the app now not wasting my energy on them

Uber Eats Uber eats delivery

I placed an order on 10th August for various items. Shortly after I ordered I got a phone call to say most of the items were not available. I directed the lady to cancel the whole order and she agreed to do this. Around twenty minutes later I got a phone call to say the remaining items were at my door. I wasn’t at home by this point and I have no option but to turn the driver away over the phone however I have still been charged for the remaining items I never received and the delivery I asked to be cancelled.

I wouldn’t make an order for something then just leave home straight away. Hopefully the calls are recorded and I can be heard telling the lady to cancel the whole order.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund, I use this service very often and have never had any issues however I don’t want to pay for items I cancelled and ultimately did not receive. Order number was #3E211 on 10th August.

Uber Eats Items left out in 3 different orders in a month.

I order delivery on a weekly basis. In the last month I have ordered from Uber eats and three different orders came incomplete, with missing items. The first time Uber eats said that they would give me five dollars in Uber bucks. They did not. The second time I ordered Chinese food with rice. I got no rice. This time, the third time I ordered pasta with a side salad. There was no side salad. They say that they are going to refund the money for the salad but after almost weekly incompetence I really question this company. I will never ever order from them again. And I was a reliable customer for years.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and Refund for all three meals this week.

Uber Eats Uber eats driver Patrick

I ordered New York fries on August 5th at 4:38pm I never got my order until 5:50pm. I am complaining because I payed for priority and it said it would arrive within 30minutes, then it just kept getting delayed more and more. I asked the driver if he has left the mall at about 5:15pm he responded with I am on my way but I watched him sit at the mall till 5:45pm. I asked him again where he was and he never responded but read it. He then said it was traffic that is the problem however it takes 5 minutes to get to my place from the mall.

The driver went to go pick up my New York fries that I ordered at 4:45pm he then spent several minutes waiting and it is now being pushed back later and later for the time. It is now 5:45 and I still don’t have my food. He is sitting in the parking lot in west Edmonton mall. I paid for priority too so I am very frustrated.

Uber Eats UberEats order NOT delivered

8/5 Subway order placed thru UberEats for $36.60 (driver tip included). Never delivered even though app indicated it was. A call was made to Subway; was told "nothing can be done". Was given bogus ph# by the manager which I made him aware of in 2nd call to Subway. I contacted UberEats 8/5 &8/6. Was told in writing thru UE app this situation did not qualify for a refund. Why not? I paid for food I never received even though I sent driver specific instructions on how to get to my senior citizen building. I waited in my lobby from 6:50pm until 8:57pm - driver (Alfred) never showed up! Now UberEats is refusing to give me a refund - an egregious act in my book. I am entitled to it. Since 2018 I've only requested one refund which was processed on 9/13/20 for $14.01. I suspect other accounts have opened up fraudulently in my name. But my bank statements will show only one and done. I will not be dealing with UberEats ever again. This particular driver should not be allowed to continue as a driver. Stealing is wrong - whether by an individual or a company.

Desired outcome: I deserve a refund for my order I never received.

Uber Eats Uber Eats Delivery

I've been waiting almost an hour for my delivery. The driver was been parked up for 30 minutes after already collecting my order. The app says he has another stop before mine but he has not moved. I have tried to call but it is declined. My food has turned up freezing cold and unable to eat it!

Uber Eats Charge of my account

I ordered wings and water from jet's pizza today August 4, 2022, and it was delivered at 5:30 pm. The amount on my receipt is lower than the amount that was debited from my account. My receipt says a total of $13.76 and on my bank App, I was charged $21.42 plus another $3.00 for a tip for the driver.

This is the second time this has happened while using the Uber Eats App and I think it is ridiculous.

Desired outcome: I would like a sincere apology and a refund back on my debit card and not on uber cash.

Uber Eats Delivery 8/4/2022 at approx 4:50 p.m.

This is the second time this has happened.

Delivery person calls and says your food is here. I hop outside 15 seconds later and nothing - no person, no food - and the neighbors working out in the driveway say - no cars in last 15 minutes.

I don't know how accurate the GPS on your app is but if it is the driver stopped a few minutes from my house and just say there for at least 10 minutes. You are hiring scammers.

Desired outcome: Thank you for refunding so quickly. However, when it happens twice in such a short time it's a problem. I want an apology from a person who can explain why this can happen.

Uber Eats Delivery returned, even though there was specific instructions on the order

On saturday 30/07/2022 around 19: 20pm I ordered from kfc cattle gate in pretoria via uber eats, but there was, I specifickly emphasised that the oder must be delivered at unit 62, lapiroque park but I waited by the door there was no one to deliver, after a while I went to the coplex's gate to find out, I was told that the driver turned back at the gate. I phoned kfc, since I couldnt find number to cal ubereats, I was told uber eat must refund me it not the store problem. Please explain this to me because ive been a very good customer to you guys. Uber Eats cold food and drink

I made an online order yesterday. The delivery arrived after almost 2 hours and was cold and inedible. The app kept assigning drivers and then cancelling them. This happened about 3 times. I wanted to cancel the order as the children it had been ordered for were too hungry and so we decided to cook for them. You said that if we cancelled we would have to pay £30. We decided not to cancel but raised a concern that the food would be cold. You assured us that it would be delivered and would still be hot. The three cheese and tomato toasties were barely warm and the hot chocolate wasn't hot. I would like refunding for these items.

Uber Eats Ubereats

21.28 I crossed the road from my flat and at 21.30 approx I returned to my flat.. When I got to my entrance door to the block of flats, the delivery driver was outside the block of flats downstairs with my delivery. I said 'Oh - you're for me! 102?' He replied saying that he didn't have a door number, just my name which showed up as LorraineN. I duly allowed him entry as I presumed he needed to take a photo at the door or something. So he followed me up the stairs and I go into my flat using my key (102) and he says that he can't give me the food!

I asked why? He mumbled something.

I said, I ordered a McDonald's - it's me. I'm Lorraine!

He refused to give me my food!

I have had email correspondence since then with UberEats and they refuse point blank to refund me the money!

What was I supposed to do?

Go inside my door and come back out again?

The delivery driver POINT BLANK refused to give me my food!

Desired outcome: REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uber Eats Mcdonalds delivery

ORDER No - 358 collect No - BDB58

Ordered breakfast for 6 members of NHS Staff at 10:00am, Food arrived at 12:05!

Order was incorrect and hot drinks, COLD. The receipt was correct but contents incorrect.

Can not review as driver has not completed order. We were charged a lot for service charge and delivery and received very poor service and NO Food.

Contacted Mcdonald's store and was told its UBER problem.

Offered us food from main menu but we would need to collect which is not an option.

I would like to be reimbursed immediately as I am now £34... out of pocket!

VERY UNHAPPY STAFF TEAM!

Can not view receipt, contact or leave a review through APP.

Uber Eats Missing item in the order

Did not receive everything I ordered on Friday 7/15/2022 at 3:22 p.m. Order General TSO wings did not receive all the wings and did not get egg roll with the General TSO meal. Did get the free spring roll.

The total amount of the order $53.36. Receipt #A9D2A card ending in 7705.

Uber Eats Grocery order

On July 4 I placed an order for groceries to take advantage of my $50 off $100 promo. My order came out to a little over $100 and sure enough the promo applied dropping it down by $50. After fees and a $10 tip my order total said around $65, when it arrived I immediately noticed that a few items were incorrect so I reached out to customer support. They refunded me $10.85 for the wrong items, THEN when I checked my account it says I was charged $95.86 ($106.81 minus the $10.85 refund), there is a "adjustments" charge of $46.41 but no explanation of what was adjusted. So my original order of just over $100 is not just over $150 before promo. There is no way in hell that the items I ordered totalled $150+.

Called to complain and they just kept repeating useless information and could not explain what the adjustment was.

Desired outcome: I want to know what the adjustment of $46.41 is but ultimately I want to pay what my total was when I checked out minus the items they could not find.
