flower delivery : bad service
I ordered a chocolate bouquet with teddy bear.
Payment was made and completed upon the order.
Its a next day delivery between 9am to 9pm.
The receiver already contacted the UAE flowers to follow up. And was requested to contact their driver. Then later, she was informed that the my order is not yet paid!
This is not acceptable.
We know that this day is very busy day. But every year you have the same situation.
I want my refund because they did not deliver the items i ordered on time.

I ordered an expensive bouquet basket of flowers from this firm for my wife's birthday. On the day of delivery a large number of the roses were noted to be dying - these were taken away and replaced. % days later some 80% of the flowers (Lilies and Roses) were dead/dying. I had personally ensured that the flowers (green foam) has kept moist and the flowers were in an air conditioned room.
On complaining by email I received arrogant responses all of which were unsigned by an employer.
I highly recommend that anyone wishing to purchase flowers in Dubai do NOT use UAE Flowers - use someone else.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused . We disagree with the above complaint, reason being we deal with fresh flowers and fresh flowers are being imported from Holland, Kenya and other places and not grown in the UAE. Being the fresh flowers, roses last for 3-5 days, lilies and other flowers last for 5-7 days if kept in normal room temperature and if kept in a temperature of 8degree or less, then they last for 10 days and more . The arrangement which was order by Mr Alan was a basket arrangement in which flowers are being cut and arranged in the floral foam, which needs to be watered every day so that flowers last long . As per him he kept the foam moist and as confirmed by him the flowers lasted for 5 days . Still he is not satisfied, we will be sending him complimentary flowers(lilies) from our side and have already informed that they will last for 6-7 days, if the stems are cut everyday and water is being changed every 2 days. Hope Mr Alan find this solution satisfactory .
