1) bought 2012 Acadia GMC in Jan. Took vehicle to Twins Buick GMC for overall inspection on 01/21 and received some false problmes, not all with vehiclde. Plus some problems was not on the report.
2) Took vehicle in for leakage and received again false problems plus they added false problems which is a higher cost. Had vehicle inspected in another shop and had correct problem repaired at a $1,600.00 difference.

I was advised by their shop to replace the DEF tank in my 2017 GMC Denali and was given a part number. The dealer wasn't able to fix it at the time nor did they have the part. My truck was threating to go into "Limp mode" which would stop my driving. Later the truck did stop me on the roadside where a local mechanic purchased the tank from a *** dealer and replaced it. This did not fix the problem. I had my truck towed to a *** dealer approx. 110 miles where they replaced a sensor inside the DEF tank and that fixed all problems, Thank You The Customer

Twins Buick has tried to cancel a sale. I was pre-approved by *** for auto financing when went into the dealership. Once I met with Twins Buick they had me go through GM. I decided not to take a job I had an approval letter for and two to three weeks after having The 2015 Jeep Wrangler (35,000 miles at purchase). They call and say they want it back. My income from being a disabled US Army veteran is three times the monthly payment. I told them I would add a cosigner to the purchase if need be. They never asked if I had one. I also suggested trying different finance companies. To no avail. I'm sure this can be worked out so both parties can happy.

Took my car Twins to be fix two months ago costing *** the same issues that I took my car to them for them happens again two weeks ago they tell me it's going to cost *** to fix again and that it's not leaking from the same part and I have a oil leak but I didn't have one when I dropped it off because I always check the ground to make sure when i pull off so i told them i didn't want them to fix my car to park it on the service side parking lot and put my keys in it so that i could have a tow truck come get it the tow truck driver comes my keys are know where to be found so they say it's my responsibility because i shouldn't have told them to put the keys in the car i dont understand why someone would walk on there lot take my keys and leave the car there i dont believe they put my keys in the car just like i dont believe they fix me car 2 months ago this company has been doing me wrong since i bout the car two years ago

I PURCHASE A 2016 LEXUSE NX200T WITH 29,000 MILES ON IT AT TWINS/ BUICK GMC THAT LOCATED IN COLUMBUS OHIO, ON 9/5 COUPLE DAYS BEFORE BUYING THE CAR I INSPECTED THE CAR AND I FOUND OUT THAT ALL FOURS TRIES OF THE VEHICLE WERE BALLED SO I ASK THEM TO CHANGE ALL FOUR TRIES THEY PROMISED ME THAT THEY WILL CHANGES ALL FOUR TRIES. WHEN I PICK UP THE CAR AND BROUGHT IT HOME THEN I REALIZED THAT THEY HAVE NOT CHANGE ALL FOUR TRIES AND THAT THEY ONLY HAVE CHANGE THE 2 FRONT TIRES AND LEFT THE 2 BACKS UNCHAGE I RICH OUT TO THEM AND SPOKE THE *** BY THE NAME OF TED F HIS ANSWER TO ME WAS AS LONG AS *** AND MIND YOU I HAVE PUT DOWN $5,000 FOR THIS CAR AND THIS IS THE ANSWER HE GAVE ME AND HE TOLD ME THAT I CANNOT BRING THE CAR BACK TO THEM. SO NOW THE CAR IS LIKING AIR OUT OF THE 2 BACK TRIES AND I DONT MONEY TO REPLACE THEM, I FELT LIED TO AND FULLY TAKEN ADVANGETE *** SO AM PLEDING WITH YOU TO HOLD THEM UP THIER WORDS SO THEY REPLACE THE 2 BACK TRIES AS THEY ME IN THE BENNING. I had went to this dealership as of May 5 and trade in My *** and took Possession of a *** The sales piece was great beside when they attempted to take my *** hitch off the cut my pin and didn't disclose this and I found out myself after the fact. However there Finance Guy Bryan R has been anything but unpleasant to work with. When he sold us the extend warranty, which was 3 different pieces the tires and wheels, appearance guard and platinum he lied to us on what was actually cover. I called and verified what it was all entitled to and called Bryan back the next day and advised to cancel the two, which was the appearance guard and tires and wheels. He stated he couldn't, which I said no yes you can I already spoke to my lien holder *** and the extend warranty and they said since it was within 60 days he had to do it. So he said he would do it and Contact me back. So I stopped in on Thursday May 7th and signed my second contract and made sure to get a copy. Now I been contacting the General manager Benjamin S as I was leaving multiple voice-mail for Bryan and he wouldn't return any of my calls and he said they submitted it to my lienholder on Monday May 11. However that was not the case and my extend warranty still went undone. In the mix off all this I was also suppose to get a memo title so I could transfer my registration and still haven't got. So I submitted the document of what I had to my lienholder for the correct amount which was the second contract that the dealership wouldn't send. That was done, however they have held the title to the new vehicle and won't send to our lienholder and havent released our memo title for registration or did my warranty either. I have tried multiple times to get anything from them, I contract Bryan , Benjamin and also sent an Email to Aaron H and the owner Ty S. And still havent got anything.
