TVPassport.com Review: Great Layout, but User Feedback Ignored
I was on the hunt for a new TV listing website after the "new" Zap2It let me down once again. A friend suggested TVPassport.com, so I decided to give it a try. I created an account and was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. The website is easy to navigate and has a great layout. It's not perfect, but it's definitely better than the "new" Zap2It or TitanTV.
However, I did run into a problem. One of my favorite channels was missing from my customized listing. I watch this channel almost every day, so it was a big deal for me. I used the "Contact Us" form on the website and submitted my request to have the lineup corrected three times. I provided them with my zip code, cable provider info, and the channel info. Unfortunately, the channel still hasn't been added.
I understand that mistakes happen, but it's frustrating when a website doesn't respond to user requests. Until I see that TVPassport.com is willing to make changes based on user feedback, I can't recommend it to others. It's a shame because I really do like the website and how it functions. Hopefully, they will start listening to their users soon.
