TruGreen review: Property damage

On 8-5-21, the guy spraying my mosquito spray ran the hose against my tree, rubbing bark off and snapping the tree at base. I called and let them know what happened right away. I was told I would hear back in 24-48hrs. I have called several times since the 5th and keep getting different answers. I have revived one call asking for details and he said someone would be out to look at tree, no one showed or called. I received another call asking if I had heard from anyone yet. I have not heard from anyone that can do anything. No one has called me back. I was told someone would come out on 8-13, I stayed home all day and no one showed up. On 8-18 after calling again, I was told to send in pictures (why wasn't I told this in the beginning) so I sent pictures and a list of all the calls to them and what I was told each time. I heard nothing, so I sent again on 8-23 and added a list of the latest phone calls. It is now the 8-25 and I still have not heard from anyone. Every time I call, they say they can't do anything and they will forward it to a supervisor and someone will be in touch. One lady rep told me it had been looked at by 6 different people and no one has done anything. I have never been told so many stories by one company in my life. This is inexcusable at this point. 20 days out and not one phone call by anyone other than the 2 customer service reps. I have documented everything and have my phone records & emails to show no one has reached out to me!
