We have lived in our home for five years and after contracting with TruGreen about a year ago, our lawn has never looked worse! When we complained to the technician that was at our house to put the spring preemergence, he said he would have their manager call us. That is over two weeks ago with no result. We tried to call them, but all we get is the corporate call center and they promise someone will call us, but they don't. The whole center of our back yard is burned out but the weeds are flourishing! Do Not Use this company.
