Unauthorized charges
I was charged 6.95 to my bank account on 2/13/2023.
I didn’t sign up for anything to be charged to my account. I never ordered anything. I don't know who you are or what this is for.. while trying to find out you took another 68.89 out of my account.. if it’s a monthly fee I didn’t approve for someone to charge. I want my money returned to my bank account and no more charges ASAP. You have caused me hundreds in bank fees.
Please stop immediately and return my mo ey in full. I have not received anything or ordered anything. I do t even know who you are.

Petro grass strimmer
Having bought this item I have managed to start it once, it would not stop due to disconnected lead. Unable to loosen spark plug. Had to replace crank mechanism. Still unable to start. This is not fit for purpose and I need a full refund. I have spoken to a customer service member of staff called Jason who has tried to help but the strimmer is of a poor quality and does not meet the marketing brief and reviews.

They do not stand behind their products
Do not use TrueShopping, they do not stand behind their products and items they sell are complete garbage! Used my tool only for a couple of moths and it broke! Even thought I had a warranty they refused to fix or exchange it! Their said it was no longer their business and that they no longer deal with these kind of products! Had to spend more money to repair it myself. Very bad quality items and their customer service is even worse!
No repair and the warranty was fake
I bought shower from the website www.trueshopping.co.uk. When I bought it, the rep promised to provide the warranty for the shower. When the shower stopped to function, the rep refused to provide free repair. He spoke with me in rude and disrespectful manner. He told me that I broke it intentionally. Stay away from them, the awful services and attitude towards customers. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
What a shambles! Did an order 4 weeks ago and still waiting for it to arrive. Said order b4 2pm and order will be despatched the same day. They take more than 20 minutes to answer the 'phone. Also if you e mail them they will get back to you within 48 hours...I am still waiting for a response!
Bad services and attitude as well as the quality is poor
I was really disappointed in the services and quality of the production of the website www.trueshopping.co.uk. I ordered two things from them, but the quality was so poor that I decided to return it. I contacted the seller and told them to take this crap back, but the seller only promised to return money back. It was horrible lie and I really would advise you to buy or deal with these ###. Post comments about your experience with them.
I was charged 6.95 on 2/11/23. 2/16 on 68.89. I have no idea who these people are or how they got my card.
I resolved this with my credit card company and will be receiving a new card and refund. I am writing to tell others to watch your statements!
