TroysFlorist / Americana Flowers review: never received order 1

Order flowers ($101.59) for a funeral on 4/26/2019 - never received confirmation - called and was advised it did not go through was told that I needed to place it again. So I placed a 2nd order ($101.59) - called again and was advised that order went through and would be delivered. Three days later found out the flowers were never delivered. Called the florist and spoke with a young lady who said they would look into it and call me back - never heard back - called the next day and received the same run around. I have since disputed the charges on my credit card. Shoppers beware this place is a scam
