Chardae Brown review: tenant scam artist

I am currently renting my row home to Miss Chardae. She claims to have MS and is mother to a bunch of children. She claimed she needed to move in within a week. I still had to finish cleaning and painting the house, but she insisted it didnt matter to her. So I felt bad and gave her first month free. if she just agreed to paint the kitchen cabinets. she called me for every tiny thing she needed done. I came right over to fix any of her needs even though it was stated in the lease she was responsible. when rent was finally due half was paid for by a donation from a church. She paid the other half.
No word from miss Chardae at all for a month. When asked if she had rent that was due she complains about no heat for the past month. Says she is not paying rent. So I have heating guy come the very next day. downstairs is 80 degrees and upstairs few degrees less. Heating guy says heating is fine system is just old and needs to be flushed. But it works.
When I insist she needs to pay rent. she Loosens a few outlets and calls L&I to issue me violations. which delays the eviction process because I cant print out my rental suitability with open violations. I just sat in court for 3 hours just to settle with miss Chardae giving her another 75 days to vacate RENT FREE. Also come to find out she never switched water bill into her name as stated in the lease. so im stuck paying her water bills and also cannot collect rent from her.
This isnt her first time doing this. She knows just what to do and how to take advantage of good people. Dont let this happen to you. She is a professional scammer beware.
