Very disappointed with Trip.com. My booking became unusable due to a serious and unexpected safety-related incident, and I provided all information I was legally able to provide. Despite this, I have been unable to get a reasonable outcome and am now escalating the matter further. I’m also seeing many similar complaints across Facebook and other platforms. I strongly recommend travellers read these pages and reviews before booking, particularly around how Trip.com handles serious unforeseen circumstances.
