I'm in the process of selling my home and have been chasing the sales rep since May 5 to get information on releasing the UCC-1 form. He takes 1-2 weeks to respond to me via text, to tell me he'll look into it. He finally called my husband on 6/8/26 instead of me, yet he has my number. Clearly Trinity Solar is not focused on customer service. Who do I need to contact at the corporate office to get an answer to the time it takes to get a release from UCC-1 to get clear title for my buyer and how much does it cost for the release and refiling? Is anyone at Trinity able to answer these questions?
Desired outcome: I need answers to questions I have asked and emailed to various people at Trinity Solar.
