impact energy is the best! they hooked us up with a system and *** was super cool and knew his stuff. we could always hit him up if we had any questions. highly recommend!

Impact Energy put in solar panels for us in December . In January, two other installers came to put in more panels and breaker boxes. One of the installers said he needed to install one more wire, but he didn't have it. He said he'd come back by the end of the week, but he never did. In February, Mackenzie called to schedule the final inspection, but we told him the job wasn't done. We didn't hear anything until March 15 when we got a voicemail saying the inspector would come that day. Only the inspector showed up, and we failed the inspection because things weren't finished. I left a voicemail for Mackenzie, but we haven't heard back. Now the finance company, Mosaic, wants us to start making payments because they sent a payment to Impact in February. Mosaic emailed on April 19, 2022, asking if the project was done, but it's not. Impact Energy said payments would start 30 days after the project was done and we were 100% solar. They said they turned over the contracts to another company, but they're not releasing them. Until they do, the new company can't finish the project.

This company is awesome! They know their stuff and are super professional. Their products are made in America and have the best warranties. I totally recommend Impact Energy for all your solar needs.

Impact energy is a good company. They care about their customers and when I call them for any issues I have with my solar system they are quick to resolve any problems. They have great service reps that tackle anything I needed resolved. I wish they could find a better loan company, but maybe the loan company might get better with their online system which is not Impact energy's fault.

This company is awesome! *** made it super easy for me to set up an appointment by being patient and understanding. Nate was also really helpful in explaining everything to me in a simple way. These guys were great and really wanted to make sure I knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend Impact to anyone who wants to go solar or is thinking about it.

I got my solar system from Impact Energy and it's been great. I got it last year and it's already saving me a lot of money. They're really nice and treat you like they care. I even told my brother about them. Impact Energy is a loyal company and I appreciate everything they've done so far. They're responsible and reliable. Impact Energy is so awesome! We got two solar systems from two different companies, Sunrun and Impact. We had to get another system because Sunrun messed up so bad with design and projection of usage. Impact Energy told us everything and gave us a really detailed plan. The boss even came out to make sure our system was designed right and would cover our usage. Impact Energy cares about the customer and making sure your system works good. We had a really bad and expensive time with Sunrun, so we were scared to spend more money on solar. Sunrun made a system that only made 20% of the energy we use. Impact Energy made it better and it was $15,000 cheaper than Sunrun. Impact Energy is the best if you want a good experience, a good system, and a company that cares about you.
