Trinity Solar review: Dominick is the worst salesperson rude, dishonest, and showed up smelling like he hadn’t showered. Stay far away from this company.

If negative stars were possible, Trinity and their representative Dominick would earn a solid negative five.

The individual they sent to my home, Dominick, arrived unshaven, smelling like he hadn’t showered in days, and presented himself in a completely unacceptable manner for someone representing a company. Every question I asked was met with a lie. When I asked whether they were a NYSERDA Platinum installer, he immediately said yes — but when questioned further, he became angry and defensive.

His behavior was dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he refused and insisted that he makes all the decisions and that I could only deal with him. If a supervisor allows or supports this type of conduct, that tells you everything you need to know about the company’s standards.

There is no value in being lied to, disrespected, or treated with hostility. If this is how Trinity behaves during the very first meeting, imagine how they will treat you once they have your money.

Stay far away from Dominick and stay far away from Trinity.
