Trident Hyundai sales

I've recently(06-Nov-15) bought an i20 from Trident Hyundai, Lower Palace Orchard, Bangalore showroom where I had very BAD experience with the sales team. I've visited 4 times in a month to the showroom from day 1(when I had test drive) to the day of delivery. Every time I visited there, sales guy who assigned to me was on leave and no one bothered in the office to assign some other sales representative to me. I've to wait for 30 mins to 1 hr and then start struggle or fight with the office staff to get the other sales person. I've also selected some accessories where car cover was 1 of the accessory. During the delivery they've not shown me the car cover and mentioned that is in the car deck. When I reach home, I didn't find the car cover in the deck. Next day I visited there but same scene, sales guy is on leave and no one else is there to entertain. Finally after half an hour effort found one sale guy who checked the whole car but didn't find the car cover and committed they will delivery it by Monday 09-Nov2015 to me but as expected no response. I called all the peoples to sales team, accessories team, but no one picked the call for whole week. Then I went again to the showroom on 14-Nov(Saturday) and had discussion with the sales guy and accessories guy where they committed they will delivery the cover before next Wednesday(18-Nov) but still no response and output. I've again called the sales guy on 20-Nov-2015 and he mentioned, "Sir, cover is out of stock" we'll deliver this to you on next week(23-Nov-15 to 28-Nov-15). As today is 22-Nov-2015 and I've not received my car cover. Trident Hyundai is a BIG FRAUD and doing cheating with the peoples.

Trident Hyundai service and repair

Hi, i gave my car for service, with request that the steering was making noise and bumper needs to be fitted as it came out of one of the sides. when i got my car back they charged me 10k+ and the above 2 jobs were not done. the car was not cleaned and washed properly. this is disappointing

Trident Hyundai fraud of rs. 5000 booking amount

We bought i20 about a month ago. We paid Rs.5000 for booking. Later we paid the full payment through the bank. During the car delivery at Trident Hyundai No. 46/4, Garvebhavi Palya Begur Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068 we were told my sales person that we will get our booking amount by courier. After one month we have not received the booking amount. When we call the sales person, he says courier guys have not delivered. This going on for a month now. It is one of the worst customer service I have experienced. I am still waiting for the booking amount to be paid.

Trident Hyundai trident hyundai kodihalli bangalore - cheated delivery of car - not returning booking amount

Sir,

I booked i10 MAGNA 1.2 on Friday 13th November 2013 by paying 5000, as the sales guy promised to give the delivery of the vehicle 15 DEC 2013, but they unable to keep the promise and on Sunday 15 Dec 2013 telling they won't be able to deliver the car and now they not refunding my booking amount 5000 Rs. Kindly help. My contact [protected].

Trident Hyundai ipod stolen from the car

I had dropped my Hyundai i20 Car for service at the Yeshwanthpur station on 5th July 2013.
Generally, I clear all the stuff from my car including the tools and drop the car for service. This is the 1st time I missed out clearing the coin box. Evening, after I picked up the car from the service station I discovered that the iPod that was int he coin box was stolen. Infact, the charger was also in the coin box, but it was left intact. I had complained this to the service advisor and their management but they only said that it can't happen in their place and that they have stringent security policy.
Really annoying and disappointed with the whole way they handled the complaint. They don't even own up and no action from their part inspite of the complaints.
Infact, I used to refer many friends and neighbours to this service station. But now, I can only advise everybody to be aware of this place. No guarantee that your things are safe and they'll not even acknowledge it nor take any steps to assure or replace things to regain customer confidence.
Be aware of this place!

Trident Hyundai tabrez-csr

The customer service representative Mr Tabrez in Trident Hyundai showroom is an upprofessional and unethical, he totally shows the disagreement towards the Tridents policy or values, he does not know how to interact with customers, yesterday when i went with an aspiration of buying a Verna fluidic car from this showroom he showed direspect to us by talking rudely, if this is the attitude shown towards the customer then all we have to tell is that you have very good training department which trains the representatives to give rude answers and helps them in making in decisions like slapping the Customer representative because of the way he speaks. It looks like he is either not interested to sell the vehicle or is just making sure that there are no sales to Trident with his amazing skills of annoying the customers.

Trident Hyundai poor service/stole petrol during service

Hi, we purchased an i10 from Trident Hyundai 100 feet road. The service provided by them is really poor and the customer service is appaling. We met different customer care executives everytime we went. Finally when we collected the car they we had to fight to get a deposit refund of Rs.1000 that we had made. Then they gave us a broken number plate. Once we came home we realized they had forgotten to put the sunfilm on the dirver window. After numerous calls and a 2 week wait they fixed it. But in a couple of days the passenger seat sunfilm tore. After several visits they did not fix it. During the first servicing they put a work sunfilm color! And we are still stuck with it. Meanwhile we had an unfortuante incident of a rat bite on the hose and we had to get the car towed. After specifying that the car should be towed to the inner ring road center (which is the nearest) it was towed to Jakkasandra center. Not only this, when we gave the car it was half tank full of petrol but on recieving the tank was empty. The service center people denied it and so did the towing guys. No amount of complaint has provided a solution. On the way back we realized in an attempt tofix teh hose they had created a loose connection in the air conditioner cord and the a/c stopped working. It is just 3 months since we bought the car and we already are at our wits end. No amount of customer complaint has yielded any result. No refund for petrol and we still drive around with a different sunfilm. Please make sure not to buy your car from trident Hyundai. Especially the 100 feet road. The manager Mr. Harish is also extremely unhelpful.

Trident Hyundai sales offer

i have purchased a hyundai accent executive at trident hyndai at the time of sales Mr. Varn has promised to install Centre Locking System. but i came to know that hyundai manufacturing itself intall locking system which is not automatic locking system but i enquired about this with Mr. Varn he said it can be programmed to get automatic lock when key is on. but so far he has not take any initiative with this to rectify. expecting your kind intervention in this regard.

Trident Hyundai I tried to contact the sales person manjula but she could not give any satisfactory answer

I purchased i10, magna from Trident show room on Hosur Road, Bangalore. The vechicle was delivered on 5th Jan 2010. Vechile registration number is KA 01 MF 1326.

I got the insurance receipt at a later date and found that the premium amount is 8518/- but Trident has collected around Rs 14651/- from me towards insurance premium.

I tried to contact the sales person Manjula but she could not give any satisfactory answer. I have emailed to sales manager Samir who claims that ICICILombard has authorised them to charge extra amount on the top of premium.

The fact is that Trident has been quoting IRDA rate which is the maximum premium a company can charge for insurance. Trident has quoted that amount and purchased the policy at a much cheaper rate. Since Trident is purchasing policy on my behalf it has no rights to overcharge me for a easily availlable policy oin the market. There is also no mandate to buy policy through Trident if they overcharge.

Trident Hyundai till today I have not received the exchange bonus

I have purchased one Santro XL car from your Trident Hundai, 100 Feet Road branch on 17th Sept, 2007 and I was promised from the sales person to give Rs. 10000/- exchange bonus to me in one month. Till today I have not received the exchange bonus, I am just getting assurance of another week and each time I contact the sales office. I have been getting such statements from Trident Office since Oct., 2007. I have escalated the issue to Sales Manager, Hundai Customer Care ( in copy), a number of times but the same response " Will be resolved in another week". After passing 5 months, still I am waiting for my cheque.

Trident Hyundai poor after sales

I bought a i10 recently. My remote car lock was also done at Trident Hyundai.The car was making a nuisance back horn noise. My neighbors went to the extent of issuing circular in our apartment against this.

When I contacted trident hyundai, they said there is no provision in i10 to provide a switch for back horn. I was then exploring and contacting other service stations.

Then I came to know the remote key has a very small adjustment to do this. When I bought the car, the remote key was also provided by them, but they did not care to provide me suggestion on this problem.

It is really pathetic to see this porr after sales support with the dealer. Hyundai should check this otherwise they may not retain the 20% share that they are enjoying in India

Trident Hyundai third rated car service

I had Purchased New Verna Diesel CRDI Sx from Indiranagar, Tridenty Hyundai, Bangalore during the month of June 2008. To my surprise vehicle was under repair for the first month only, the entire shocks were changed by service center, Inner ring road, bangalore.

Secondly the service center staff do not care about the complaint from my end regarding huge noise in the engine, inspite of repeated complaints with service center, nothing solved.

Thirdly the mileage is come down drastically to 11 kms per liter of diesel against the informed mileage of 15 km/liter of diesel, Inspite of repeated complaints at service center, Inner ring road, domlur, the vehicle has delivering the deserved mileage.

Fourthly the vehicle has become noisy from all the sides of the doors.

Trident is totally an unethical company ... from top upto the bottom. They screwed up my car as well in similar fashion. I suggest that one should keep away from Trident. Advaith is ok and atleast are not cheaters like Trident.

Trident Hyundai worst service

Hello, I live in Bangalore and have purchased Hyundai Santro from Trident. I have had very bad experience dealing with each and every executive of Trident Hyundai. When I purchased a car, there was a lady executive who tried to keep me away from one year free insurance. Had I not been little alert, I would have paid extra 11K. When I gave my car for first free service, I asked the Trident service station to put a particular accessory. To my surprise, they fitted a secondhand piece. When I found it there itself, they were just sorry. I know this kind of service is very common in India, but I had not expected this in Bangalore and while dealing with Trident. I am never ever going to see them again.

My advice: Hyundai Santro is a good car, if you live in Bangalore and want to go for it, just do it but without Trident.

I gave my car for brake service.. I told them to replace new pads... But they just adjusted and gave it to me... And charged 1500 only for adjustments. And hardly I ran they 40kms.. Now the brakes are getting sound... And also they charged gst for labour service...

Trident Hyundai collected money to make my car insurance on 7/09/2018, Till date i haven't got my insurance and they are not responding properly and iam trying call customer care they not picking calls.
As per my personal experience don't go with trident Hyundai insurance

i bought an elite i20 form them, they have given a defect piece, wherein the key is jammed within 1 week after i bought the car. when trying to reach out to them. no response.
