Tri City Painters hey, so we gave Tri City Painters Inc $1500 for half the job but they haven't come back to finish it right

hey, so we gave Tri City Painters Inc $1500 for half the job but they haven't come back to finish it right. the seams weren't painted and when they finally did it, they used the wrong color. luckily they didn't do all of them. now they're saying they're gonna send the rest of the bill to collections. we've been cool and trying to work with them to fix it but they're not being helpful.
