Purchased 2 ticket in october , fron Ontarion to Guadalajara. to leave on 10/17/23 and com back 10/29/23. both were cancelled. for some reason they were cancelled. got to air port and waited there for the whole day just so they would tell us they were cancelled, reason they gave saying it was a scam. But they did charge the tickets till now we have not received out money back. Booking # 1666628, was for eladio santana. Called your office several times, talked to Ivan, Heather. and 2 other. They told me i would get the refund but till now nothing, pls help or tell if ill get the refund. $562.00 is the amount

Under normal circumstances I understand that when purchasing a basic economy ticket you assume the risk of no cancelation or changes however Acapulco was completely destroyed by a hurricane and will take years to repair. Our trip is in 3 months, there is no way this destination will be ready and the resorts have canceled all future reservations. In this situation all that we are asking is to have the opportunity to change our destination due to a natural disaster, in return I was treated poorly and told that this was not their problem. A little empathy, understanding, and humanity goes a long ways. We are willing to pay additional fees, we understand that part.
