You order for secial promotion Life Cleanse Diet pills as a trial, for £1.00 but in their Terms & Conditions have the right to send you more at a cost of £79 + £3.95 postage.
Be aware they aren't that good! The phone number isn't a UK based one so could be Premium rate, wouldn't confirm if they would do a refund on return of product, telephonist has just put the phone down on me saying they will correspond via e-mail only!

Think carefully before you use this promotion on the internet!

I have found myself in a similar situation.

I took the free trial, paid for the postage. i received the box with the 2 free trial bottles in. Nothing else, in fact if I remember correctly the invoice with it was not correct but as the amount was correct on my credit card statement for that month I did not think anything else of it. The postage cost was on the august statement of my credit card. I got my September statement and found that I had been charged £74.20 by Acai Berry and £74.20 by natureberry.

I did not give them permission to take any further payments, i signed up for a free trial only, I have been charged almost £150 for for a free trial.

I spoke with my credit card and they put me through to the company, the lady on the other end did not wish to listen to me and went through her speech. She stated i had signed up for a subscription and that as i had not cancelled within 15 days I had to pay. I asked her what I was paying for as I had not received anything other than the free trial. She would not talk to me and said that i had subscribed and thus must pay. She said she would cancel my subscription but that i would not get a refund. I have only had the free trial, I have not received any other products nor had I asked for them. She then gave me a cancelation number for one product but put the phone down on me before i could get the other cancellation number . This is not what i signed up for and it was a FREE TRIAL not a subscription. I have tried to e-mail them but I get an automated response and no other means of communication to them.

The cancellation number was [protected], I am hoping that my credit card company will have recorded the call as they put me through to the company and it is in America. My credit card company told me that and said they would try to call them and they put me through directly, I doubt that if I had tried to call them myself I would have got any answer at all. I am also posting all this on here as a record of what happend and also to alert others.

I have phoned my credit card back and they say they cannot help unless they try to take another payment and then they will be aware that i have tried to cancel it. I was told that even if I cancelled my credit card and got a new one then all old subscriptions would automatically go on to any new card and would be honoured so please be aware of that if you try to get it sorted just by cancelling.

I would like to hear from others who have been treated in this way by this company so that we can bring some sort of class action against this company for our money back. I am disgusted that a company would wish to work in this way, how on earth do they expect repeat business. The Free trial is a good idea and I am sure it would have brought enough repeat business to pay for itself.

I am aware that this company are trading under a number of names and that trying to get in touch with them without the aid of your credit card company is virtually impossible.

In the box the products came in there was nothing about a subscription and no information about contacting the company. I would seriously like my money back but if they won't do it willingly then i have no other course of action but to bring procedings agains them on behalf of myself and anyone else who wishes to join in. This type of practice must be stopped.

Hi,

I am in Australia and found it impossible to find contact details & phone numbers could not be connected. My only options was to cancel my card and get a new one.

Just received my tablets and thought I'd check out their website - so glad I did and saw all the negative comments.

Immediately phoned their Customer Services [protected] and managed to cancel my orders. I've also cancelled my debit card to ensure no money is removed from my account.

I too was conned into ordering a free trial of Life Cleanse and Acai Berry tablets from Trading Planet, can't believe I was so gullible! The old adage - "you don't get anything for free" - is true! If it's too good to be true it generally is! Rang my card company today to cancel my card and they told me that wouldn't work they could just keep drawing on the card and the debt would keep mounting up it wouldn't stop it. I had to contact Trading Planet first (even if I couldn't) then get back to the card company who could then go ahead and take it up on my behalf. I rang the customer services number to cancel [protected] ) not expecting to achieve anything and actually spoke to a woman who took the 2 account numbers and told me to hold while she got the cancellation numbers, thought that was the last I would hear of her, but low and behold she came back on line with them! I've written to them to confirm the cancellation quoting these numbers and sent it via Proof of Posting, just in case. Then I can at least tell my card company that I have been in contact and cancelled, should Trading Planet continue to take any further payments from my card! Good luck to everyone else caught up in this scam.

I can't believe that I ordered these products over the internet. It must have been a moment of weakness - I am always very skeptical of all things purchased over the internet. I ordered my pills on the 1/9/09 and I have just received one bottle of pills. I woke up the following day and just thought that this was probably a scam and thought I better do some research (before hand would have been better). Thank god I found this website. I am in Brisbane Australia and I have just phoned [protected] and have spoken to someone (very polite) and they have issued me with two cancellation numbers. I am probably lucky before it is before the 15 day period. He assures me that there will be no more charges on my credit card. Will wait and see. Will probably cancel my cards to be safe. Good luck. PS - take in the time difference. I have learnt my lesson. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

If you are not satisfied calncel within thefirst thirty days cand wish to cancel any further orders call the Customer Service Department toll-free at [protected] or (+44) 2031399027outside the UK prior to the free trial period and cancel the order. Since I have not heard much good stuff about this particular produce and would rather deal with an American or Canadian distributor, I will be cancelling. Hi Guys,

I live in Australia...we need to call A current affair or somthing!

Man, i feel like the biggest IDIOT! I orderd mine last week and then decided for some reason to look up Trading Planet online and found this site. Thank god you were all on here saying what had happend to you.

I also rang last night (7:30pm) and cancelled my order with a very nice lady called Tiaja. I had actually ordered 2 times becuase I went to 2 different websites to get as much free trial as I could...derrrr

Anyway, she said that there was 4 orders there for me (i received 2 bottles frm my original order and have still to see the other 2) I also only had to pay the shipping fee which came from companies called DM-EASYBILLINC.COM and SC-PAYSOSECURE.COM. The phone numbers on these also didnt work. I called a number on this site and that is how I got through [protected].

She has said that the orders are calcelled and hopefully I will not get any more charges. The email address support@viv3.com come back with the following message. the phone number in it is the one that worked for me

I also have been conned by these people viv3lab. i tried phoning them but the numbers didnt work i couldnt find and email address so contacted my visa card company lloyds tsb. I told them i had not ordered the product and got new cards but i'me still being charged. i found the web site that i ordered stuff from and its fraudulent an unfair as it puts 5 minutes time limit on you to start with so you are under pressure then the terms and conditions link is right at the bottom of the page.

when you go to sign up for the free trial you go to the next page which allready has the tick in the box to say you agree to terms and conditions so you go ahead as you believe it is RISK FREE LIKE IT SAYS ON WEB SITE. its all very clever you not knowingly enter into an agreement you cant get out of.

everyone affected should write to trading standards, bbc watchdog, the newspapers your mp, anyone that might be ablE toget this type of unfair trading SHUTDOWN

ITS UNFAIR AS YOU HAVE ATIME LIMIT PUT ON YOU TO CANCELL AS SOON AS YOU ORDER YOUR ITEM DOESNT COME FOR TEN DAYS SO THIS MEANS YOU ONLY HAVE A FEW DAYS TO CANCEL THIS ISNT ENOUGH - THIS MUST COME UNDER UNFAIR TRADING WHICH IS ILLEGAL

I also got conned. The product didn't work for me at all and was surprised to see a £72 charge which made my blood boil.
I rang my credit card company who advised me to get on to them as to cancel the sending of any more of these life cleanse tablets that don't work.
I rang the number and got a gentleman who told me that he had canceled any further deliveries and gave me a reference number.
This number can be used with the credit card company incase of any further charges.
I should have gone with my instinct no to do this...Never again.
There should be an investigation into what is in these tablets and if it is not as shuld be then criminal charges should be brought.
What a waste of money.

In an ironic turn of events, someone from "top class", say the mistress of the president of American Express, would be billed with these phills.

On the moment the big VIKING realized HIS PRECIOUS (golum likewise) money
was being SUCKED by the unappeasable mouth of scam (H.Brook likewise), he would turn to ash the credit ability/credibility of these ### worldwide and for good.

But my eyes might not see this,
since the cheapest of scams

I'm writing from Australia. If i stopped trying to get a quick fix on weigh loss and just did the research first i would of found that ACAI BERRY AND COL ON CARE are available in the Blackmores brand and are available at my local chemist for au$ 34.50 for both bottles. I did read the terms and conditions:- (Judysweightlossblog.com is an affiliated website, marketing the health supplement products "AcaiBerry Exclusive" and "Effective Cleanse". The site is operated by Mediaverse Solutions Limited, a Cyprus corporation doing business out of the UK. The company can be reached vie email at corp@judysweightlossblog.com. As we do not handle the order fullfilment or customer support, please call [protected] (toll free) or (+44) [protected] for any concerns or questions regarding your order, such as billing inquiries, refunds or complaints.

* AcaiBerry Exclusive Trial Terms: You'll have 15 days from the date of order to evaluate the product and see the results for yourself. If you enjoy our product, simply do nothing. You will be charged the super low price of AU $174.00 at the end of your 15-day trial period... a 21% savings off the regular retail price! If, for ANY reason, you decide that AcaiBerry! is not for you, simply call toll free [protected], or (+44) [protected] outside of the UK. You will NEVER be charged. Unless you call to cancel, you'll continue to get a fresh one-month supply of AcaiBerry! every 30 days for the low price of AU $174.00 (AU $8.95 shipping and handling). There are no obligations. VAT included. Cancel anytime.

** Effective Cleanse Trial Terms: You'll have 15 days from the date of order to evaluate the product and see the results for yourself. If you enjoy our product, simply do nothing. How could I be satisfied with a product that I haven the't been able to test yet so why should I pay.
So I rang (+44) [protected] got the message "call between 8am and I can't remember" with that i called my bank and cancelled my card, hopefully that worked!

I really feel this product is GREAT! I have been on it for 8 days and lost 23lbs, all due to the fact recent weight comes off quickly. However I do not like the credit card charges. The lb is 1.88 canadian dollars and the customs charges are crazy... so here is the number to call to cancel your order. [protected], but hurry before they change this number!

Hello, I'm in Australia. When my trial acai berry pack arrived my husband alerted me to the caffeine content so I decided to do some further research and to my horror found this complaint site. I rang [protected], gave the operator the order no. on the postpack (which I fished out of the rubbish!). He had all my details, I cancelled the order and got an 8 digit cancellation no. He assured me as I was within the 15 days that nothing else would be charged to my credit card. I rang Visa and they said the card is probably compromised so best to cancel which I did. Like many of the other comments, I can't believe I didn't read the fine print - I never order things spontaneously like this. Not only have I been beating myself up for the last half hour, I've eaten a bunch of red frogs (lollies) - a typical stress reaction and one I've been working so hard to overcome! So to everyone out there trying to be healthier and lose some weight... ignore the gimmicks and go back to basics - put less in your mouth, what you do put in your mouth make it the right things, and move more. Good luck!

Just reading all of these other comments, I too have been screwed over by this all wonderful tablet.
I tried to cancel my order and actually got threw to a real life person but was told that their systems are down and they could not cancel my order.
I asked him to take my customer number and everything so that they could cancel my order when the systems are back up and he refused.
How long are the systems going to supposedly be down? My guess would be for as long as they want to suck money from my account..which might be forever, so yes I am going to do the smart thing and change my card over also.
I wrote a letter to them demanding that they change it. Signed, dated and witnessed.

It's disgusting how companies can do this...I mean seriously.
In anycase best of luck to all of us.

I too discovered that I had inadvertantly committed to an ongoing order of these products. So I rang the 44 [protected] number. An Indian sounding gentleman took my call and cancelled my order providing me with cancellation numbers. After hanging up, I rang the number to check, and was assured by the female who answered that the orders had been cancelled, and that I would not be sent or charged for any further orders. I then sent an email to support@viv3.com to confirm my instruction to cancel. I will of course cancel my credit card tomorrow just to make sure, providing the bank with a copy of my email.
However I would love somwone to tell me that these products actually work. Perhaps it was naive to think that this product was so good that anyone who tried it for free, would be sure to order more. This the first time I have purchased something over the internet and unfortunately the last

Hi.. Not sure if I have been duped yet.. thankfully I read the terms and conditions as soon as I didn't get a confirmation email etc alarm bells began to ring. I then googled the company...to my horror! I contacted my bank asap Suncorp and they have canceled my card but apparently they could still take money out even though the card has been cancelled? yes I don't understand that one either...Trading planet had already within 30 minutes of me placing the order taken the shipping and handling fees... it was in pending authorisations... I was advised I have to fill out a dispute form immediately to fight for no further payments to be taken. I did phone Trading Planet on [protected] and got through straight away to a girl named Emma and was given a cancellation number which probably means nothing! I asked for them to send me an email but they said they do not communicate via email. I then informed her the company doesn't have a good reputation on google... she laughed and said no! However I will write them a letter and post it recorded delivery stating that I have canceled before the 15 day trial period and quote the cancellation numbers to ensure that no money can be taken from my visa card I will also email corp@judysweightlossblog.com which is an email on their advertising campaign stating the same, I will take copies and give them to my Bank so that if they do try to take any future payments I have evidence that I have canceled!
It's a bloody palava we can all well do with out...

Hi
I Also have been scammed, my own fault i guess, did not read the small print.Placed the order on 6th august for life cleanse and acai berrie, When only life cleanse arrived three days later rang no on invoice to see if order for berrie had been processed.I was told it had.I went on holidays on 13 august having still not recieved barrie tabs.Came home on 26th still no order .I tried to ring no yesterday to no avail eventually getting thru this morning to an extremely abusive guy who tried to shout me down and eventually hung up having said he would cancell any future orders but as i had not cancelled within their 15 day period, i would have to pay 108 dollars per product and this would be deducted from my card.He would still not accept that i had not recieved the second part of the order nor would he check order dept to see if it had been returned to them by post as postie could not deliver.Extremely rude person, i redialled and spoke to other rep who informed me future orders had been cancelled and email woult be sent.
Rang credit card no and got thru to operator who said that i was not the first, but to cancel card and issue another may not work as they would be on the same account and trading planet could still get at it.She told me to write a letter to their Transaction disputes dept and outline what action i had taken and to forward invoice that came with order and they would block any further payments to focuscleanse, but when she checked the first two payments had been applied to my card.
I feel a bit stupid for not reading small print but i have been stung for two orders when i only recieved one.Hope the credit card advice is of some help to someone. Wonder if OPRAH would like to hear of this scam.

I am in Canada. I made an order on August 10. I checked my bank account by chance two days ago and found out the second bill CAN$131. I notice the "FOCUSCLEANSE" as well instead of the "Planet Grading". Is that the way we can ask the credit card company to dispute the bill?

make an order on August 12, until today, 27 August became the order so call immediately to cancel the order, they replied and said he had already been canceled, I cross my fingers that it is so, what I call the attention is that the bill said that the debit appear Planet Trading by and see my bank and out "FOCUSCLEANSE" you who recorded them?

On Monday 24/08 I cancelled the order, i made it on 21, the date in the invoice was 22..I called +44 [protected], the person there gave me 3 cancelation codes (8 digit numbers), one for each product. I checked mi VISA on line info and found the debits for shipping..
there is one descriptor for each product, they are:

NATUREBERRY - FOR ACAY BERRY
FOCUSCLEANSE AND VITALITYCLEAN FOR LIFE CLEANSE AND RESVMAX (I guess). In the agreement says that any CC charge is going to refer to Trading Planet Ltd. wich is not true as you can notice.

Today we went to the bank (my husbad is the card owner...) Cancel the credit card to avoid future charges, they said that with this it will be 99% chance to stop the debits..they said that some of these internet sellers make sure to acces your new card trhough the credit card brand with some insurance policy...i hope our scammers can not...

Since these people refuse to provide any written proof of cancelation the bank made copies of the invoices, terms and asked me for the cancelation numbers. I hope this works.

By thee way ..I lost 4 pounds in 3 days because of the worries and stress... sorry for my english...wish luck to all of us...
