We contacted Tracks Wildlife Control for a bat problem in our large 2 storey home. S...'s prompt and professional quote was just the start of a very impressive work ethic. Over the course of the 3 day job, S... remained professional, informative and thorough, despite the difficulty of the task at hand and the multiple levels of our home that required sealing and cocking. We learned so much about bats from him... We also learned a lot about our home. When S... heard that our 6 year old grandson was excitedly hoping to see a bat; he even took the time to capture and take several photos of same with full wing span. That was such a thoughtful example of his character. We highly recommend Tracks Wildlife Control and are also very happy the bats are gone.

We contacted Tracks Wildlife Control mid July when we could hear raccoons in our attic. The owner, John, visited our home on July 14 for an inspection. A small one way door was installed over the hole under the roof soffit. We had 18 roof vents wired/bolted down and 7 problem areas caulked and improved. Approximately 10 ten days later - peace and quiet! John came by to remove the one way door and ensure the wired area was closed.

We are so glad that we contacted Tracks. The exemplary customer service and pride in workmanship is definitely worthy of five stars. John was a pleasure to deal with!

We discovered a bat in the house and called a number of companies regarding removal. The representative at Tracks replied promptly and scheduled a visit to look into the issue and provide an estimate. We also received estimates from other companies. The difference we found with the representative was that he was completely up front about the size of the issue. He took the time to explain exactly what work he felt was necessary, and what was not necessary, and why. He was very fast and efficient in getting the work done, and returned when he said he would to complete the job after the bats were gone. We are very pleased with results.

After several attempts to discourage whatever was digging holes under our front porch, upon seeing a skunk enter one night, we decided this was not a job for me, lol. We researched several companies and asked for quotes. Steve from Tracks came out, educated us on the habits of skunks and gave us a quote. He explained what he was going to do, why, and what might be some setbacks (babies!). There were babies, initially too young to leave the den. However they now have all left and the den is securely sealed (with a guarantee!). There were, and are no odours! During multiple visits, the service was always friendly, professional and educational. Communication was always prompt. Hopefully we will not have other animal problems but if we do, we will definitely call Tracks.

I contacted Shane from Tracks Wildlife after reading all the positive reviews. Shane replied very quickly in the morning, advised he could come in the afternoon to assess my mothers house. As promised, Shane arrived around 4:00 , he went up on the roof and determined Raccoons were in the attic. He gave us a few options, and said he would come back the next day. 10:00 am sharp, Shane came back to mom's house ( another sleepless night ) - he Raccoon proof all roof vents and any other possible entry points, then he wanted to go in the attic t determine if babies inside or not. After he saw the Raccoon and felt no babies - Shane continued to install a 1-Way trap. I just confirmed with my mother no noises for 2 nights i a row now. Shane was un-believable and what a class act. Very caring, knowing he was dealing with a petrified senior. And his prices were very fair. I would use Shane from Tracks Wildlife again if we ever have to. Thanks Shane.
