TopCashBack USA Strongly recommend

Once again they went up and beyond expectations.
In short, Walmart denied my 2% rebate because they sent me a broken item. Tgey decided to do the replacement with a 2nd order that they didnt bill. So, $0 on the first one because it was returned. And $0 on tge 2nd because it was never billed.
Topcashback folks battled Walmart 3 times. Walmart held to $0, even on an expensive purchase where i followed all their rules.
Topcashback has just paid me the $8 (that Walmart should have paid) out of their own pockets.
Bravo for standing up for your customer

Ps to sitejabber, please fix your code. It has cleared my review 3 times now as i try to add a picture (which never gets added)

TopCashBack USA Very Pleased

I am a Cashback Newbie but so far I have been very pleased with TopCashback! They have a high rate payback with many options for how you want to receive the cash back. So far in the couple months I have been a member, I have won a Blog Survey, won several Cashback "Sweet Treat" Rewards games, and received Rebates from several retailers. The awesome feature is you have options for how you would like your cash back. So far, I have had cash go directly to my bank account and I also received a Virtual Visa card with higher payback. Customer service has been very responsive with my questions (newbie!). The only drawback seems to be that some retailers take longer than others. The Payable + tab shows just how long, so that helps. Thank you TopCashback!

TopCashBack USA My Perennial Favorite Cash Back Site

I've been using cash back referral sites for the past five years, and Top Cash Back is my favorite. Most of the time, TCB offers the highest rates of return on purchases than do other programs, and they have the largest list of vendors. This past year, I inquired about a completed purchase that was declined, and I was eventually rewarded the cash back amount when I went through TBC's process for challenging the initially declined purchase. (I was very happy, as the temporarily improved offer figured significantly in my purchase, so I was glad to eventually get that financial incentive. I know from personal experience that the system of inquiry works for declined but legitimate purchases, and so I am willing to be more loyal to TCB, even if other cash back sites offer a higher percentage as an incentive. I know that the company provided what they promise.

TopCashBack USA The BEST cash back site

I have been using topcashback for over 5 years. They typically offer the highest payout for my shopping experience and many times have factored into my decision to make a purchase from a merchant. The percent I get back down the road has been important in my decision on whether to make a purchase or not.

Customer service with them can take a long time, as well as payouts, not much different than other sites I've used, so this is the expectation for the industry. I have had to file a few claims and the outcomes of typically go my way. Even when the merchant I purchased from doesn't come through on their end, topcashback makes it right. I firmly believe they try and do what they can to make their customers happy.

I was compelled to write this review, even though I typically don't do reviews. I had another great experience with them and they deserve to be a recognized for it.

TopCashBack USA TopCashBack is my go to cash back rewards site

TopCashBack is my go to cash back rewards site for shopping. I have used it for 2 years to get 1-6% on everything from a Marriott Hotel stay (6%) to Appliances purchased from AJ Madison (4%). I use it most for grubhub where I get 2% back on my spend. The site is reliable, I have never had a tracking issue, and I can receive a PayPal payout among other options whenever I choose. Each store will have a period before the payout is made. It could be 2 weeks or 4 months. I am a satisfied user of TopCashBack. I prefer it to Rakuten because TopCashBack allows me to withdraw when I want instead of every quarter.

I once had an issue with a company inadvertently rescinding the cash back offer. I contacted TopCashBack support and they contacted the company to correct the error. I was paid for the offer earlier than scheduled after the resolution. I am proud to be a TopCashBack user. Support actually provides exactly what they say: quality support.

TopCashBack USA Ultimate Cashback Experience

I've been a member of TopCashBack for a lot of years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. Thus far, I've earned over $1000 in cashback from online purchases that I wouldn't have otherwise gained. With just a click of the mouse you can start banking a hefty nest-egg for a rainy day, and with the browser extension it's even easier to earn cashback and even use coupons for more savings. They have plenty of payout options when you're ready to pull out your cash, including a bonus percentage if you decide to spend your earnings on a partnered retailer. If you're the social type, you can earn a quick $10 bonus for referring your friends to the service, and so will they! To top it all off, they frequently host bonus cashback weekends, sweepstakes, raffles, and a fun hide and seek game with Harry the Hummingbird that can net you some free coinage. Weather you shop online every day or once in a great while, TopCashBack is just right for you!

This site does scam deals. They have influensers partner up with them so they can get thier followers to sign up. Then throw that influencer under the bus and lie about that said deal. Be careful cuz they have "receipts". Shame on you topcash...

Out of the five cashback programs I have used over the last year, TopCashBack is the only one to never payout even when purchases appear on my account. Other sites confirm purchases within hours to a few days. I currently have a purchase from three months ago on TopCashback that is still listed as pending and has not even moved to the confirmed state yet alone paid out. TopCashback uses a promise of providing slightly higher cashback percentages to draw in customers to their affiliate program. They then keep the affiliate bonuses for themselves and either never payout to customers or sit behind a wealth of excuses to keep the money from being paid out for a longer time than any other program. I highly recommend avoiding TopCashBack and moving supporting other more reputable and trustworthy cashback programs.

Topcashback.com offered me spend $20 at Target get $40 back. They are now refusing to honor their promotion and had the audacity to send an email saying that their promotion was misunderstood. I did not misunderstand the offer. I will no longer do any business with topcashback.com. They are not reputable.

I was just reading through the reviews and decided to give my perspective. I have had a good experience receiving cash back. It does take a while to be able to cashout, but I have been able to save quite a bit of money (at least $100 in a few months...many of my purchases were made during Christmas time, so I was spending more than average). My only complaint is that it does take some time to receive the cash back. Sometimes a month or more, but I have successfully cashed out by bank transfer and through amazon electronic gift cards. Many of the retailers are ones I wouldn't typically purchase from, but I have had fun trying out different places. I'm sure that's how they make their advertising. I haven't needed to use their customer services, so I can't say how that goes, but in my overall opinion I am pleased.

This company is not trustworthy and possibly a scam. They don’t track half of your purchases and the customer service is horrible! The entice customers with special offers and high percentage of cash back, then don’t pay out.

TopCashBack USA Listen to the reviews about scammy modus!

I opened 3 claims for missing cashback and after several weeks they/their merchant declined them because they "cannot track them". All the excuses from them truly point to no error on my part as user, but regardless of lack of proof of user mistake they continued to reject my claims and insist with bias that their system is simply perfect and cannot ever be wrong. Very absurd. Before opening these claims I opened a support ticket about the missing cashbacks from the 3 transactions explaining that I was observing a potential bug in their website. In that support ticket I offered to provide my video recording of the potential bug behavior. I booked a hotel via TopCashBack.com with Cheapoair, and then Cheapoair processed it via Booking. I recorded the process. This was supposed to be an absolutely eligible transaction/referral. I took multiple videos to recreate the scenario from TopCashBack, and everytime, TopCashBack turns to Cheapoair and then turns to Booking. THREE TIMES. Booking.com and Cheapoair.com have different cashback links under TopCashBack, so it was suspicious that they get redirected to each other or merged. I saw what was going on and how it can lead to disputes later. It is amazing that they deny it. Again, I have videos. I even agreed to do a remote cache diagnosis if they truly want to get to the bottom of it. I have other cashback sites with offers but I chose TopCashBack because it offered the highest amount. My mistake was trusting that their system and their merchants' are reliable and competent enough to trace and award my cashback. I find this very disappointing and disturbing because I know I earned those cashback properly. I am a long time user of cashback sites/apps and I am 100% sure I know what I'm doing. I let them know that I will make sure I share this experience with as many people as possible to protect them from losing their cashback and wasting their time with this unreliable service and ripoff. BUYER BEWARE! They give these "possible reasons" why the referral transactions did not track, as if the customer is just novice or an idiot, when the fact is that they are just technically deficient (and dishonest) and simply don't care to admit they are wrong. Hundreds of complains here and on BBB doesn't sound like their system and process is perfect and inerrant. Save yourself of the trouble and frustration! Like all the other complains here, my experience and advise is to stay away from this click bait.

TopCashBack USA Worst experience with referral sale sites - Don't let high rates fool you!

Ive used click through referral purchase websites for over 10 years. About a year ago I was lured into the TCB site by all the claims if higher % payouts on purchases when compared to other sites I've used. Often these payout rates were 2 to 3 times higher, or claimed fewer restrictions than competition.
For a year I made small purchases and found the rate to be accurate. Earning a total of $100 CB. Based on that I made a very large purchase clicking through the site. The rate was higher than competition (as typical) and I completed every step to verify my claim through TCB was valid. Cookies cleared. Browser filters turned off. Item placed in cart after clicking through. Never clicked through any other site. I even immediately noted transaction following purchase. The only thing I did do was video screen grab entire process. The CB was for $42+ so I very careful. After purchase the site even registered the click 3 min prior to my purchase so it appeared the system was working. As per T&C the pending process can take some time. After 1 month I opened a CS claim to investigate the issue about a month later I was told vender reported transaction was made going through another CB site. This was impossible. After several emails back an forth it was determined that either TCB was lying about the status of my claim OR vendor was (Expedia.com). Either way TCB had no interest in getting additional details or providing them - and I wasn't getting my money.
Long story shirt. Don't trust those great CB rates - my experience proves they WON'T go to bat for you when their is a descrepency and you have proof. If they offer 6% back and a competitor offers 4% consider the fact the real rate might be 0% when your claim is denied. I'd highly recommend their competition: ebates.com, MrRebates.com, DollarDig.com. In my experience the CB rates are lower but CS and claim accuracy is much higher. When I've had issues they were quick to investigate and explain situation completely.
I gave TCB every possible avenue to rectify this in any possible way - still they have no interest which is a shame. You might say I've had a yr of good transactions and only one bad one, but that one was for almost half $ value of the others. If a site can't be trusted for the large purchases then it's only a matter of time they won't be able to be trusted for the small purchases - ones you won't spend much effort getting resolved.
Before you use their service consider my experiences... You've been warned!

TopCashBack USA I shopped from ************ a lot during the month of July

I shopped from *** a lot during the month of July. I made 4 transactions. I used *** for 3 shopping trips and Topcashback.com for one shopping trip. These websites gives money back based on the percenteage on what you spent. *** denied all my shopping trips but *** fought for me and got my money. However topcashback is not fighting for me. Obviously no corporation wants to pay that extra money especially in this current economic crisis. It is a false advertisement if they are not going to honor they part of the deal. Response I received on Jul 31 2020 Hi there, We have now received an update on your claim and I am sorry to say that this has been declined by the retailer's network agency as they have been unable to identify that we were the last referral to this sale. Unfortunately, a number of entities can be identified as the last referral, rather than ourselves, including: pop-up windows, search engines, comparison sites and voucher code sites to name a few examples. As cashback is essentially the commission we receive for referring your sale, if we are not identified as the last referral to the sale then, invariably, the network will decline the cashback. We appreciate that this is frustrating; unfortunately, we are unable to dispute this further, as we are confident in this declined decision, due to the robust systems that the network have in place to track the last referral. All we can advise, to try and prevent this from happening again in the future is to avoid using pre-saved baskets, avoid using voucher codes that haven’t been pre-approved on our site, and to ensure that you clear your cookies and cache. We do share your disappointment as we always endeavour to solve claims positively for our members; unfortunately, on this occasion, we have now exhausted all means of disputing this further. Topcashback stated few reasons as why they could deny and I responded to those claims. They repeated the same things over.

Have been using the website for various cashback offers, but the shopping is sometimes not tracked and higher dollar-value cashback is never credited back. It's very conveniently stated that the merchant declined without proof of the merchant ever declining sent to me. It's not been one instance, but multiple ones. Seems like they are running a fraudulent scheme and cheating customers.

Dear ***,TopCashBack abruptly closed my and my son's accounts without paying any of our earned money. Each account had an unpaid balance ranging from $40 to $50. They informed us via email that these are duplicate accounts. However, we have informed them in several emails that these accounts belong to two separate individuals in the same family and that we opened them using their family referral option. Their terms clearly state that the website may be used by two people from the same family. The main issue here is how they can simply take our earnings from our purchases? Why won't they let us provide whatever evidence they need to prove separate ownership of the account? Furthermore, purchases are frequently not tracked, and we must keep emailing them to track our cashback. In these requests, we lost some of the cash back on purchases we made, and now that the accounts have been closed, we have lost all of the money that was showing unclaimed on the account. In these difficult times, we trusted this company and referral site to earn some cashback from, and they took our hard earned money. I would like to draw the attention of other potential users.

I have emailed countless times about not being able to access my account as well as receive my cashback which I have rightfully earned. You guys accused me abusing your services, which is an outright lie which U would never do! Now, I try to reach back out and sent countless emails, all within the past month. No one responds to my email. I am now out a lot of money for which I clicked cash out and they never fulfilled my request. Please do the right thing, unlock my account, send the cash out I earned.

My account has been hijacked by a scammer. Please review the laughably ludicrous chat conversation attached. What kind of idiotic customer service representatives are working there? This piece of [censored] scammer doesn't even speak English. Shouldn't the fact that someone who can't even speak English suddenly requests that the email address and security question be changed trigger some sort of alarm?

TopCashBack USA I couldn't log in to Topcashback

I couldn't log in to top cashback with correct password and even after I reset my password through my email I still couldn't log in to my account. It keep saying wrong password even through I reset my email through the link they send me. I feel like I got scammed because there no phone number to contact customer service. They don't answer email or Facebook messenger. There no way to contact them.

TopCashBack USA Refused to send my cashback unless I showed my ID with personal info

After using topcashback since 2017 and never having an issue getting a cash back reward, the company is withholding my cashback reward unless I provide them with a copy of my ID, which has information that I am not comfortable providing. They initially stated that "We are not currently paying cashback to the region you are in". When I replied that I have always lived in the same region as I did when they sent previous cashback, this was their reply:

"Our system has picked up that you have previously signed in from a region which we are not able to process any payments to which is why we have asked for documentation to confirm the country of your residence."

I find it convenient that they did not inform me of the supposed sign in from an unsupported region until I requested a payout of the cashback I had accrued.

Desired outcome: I would like them to send me the funds I requested as well as future funds still pending once they are available for payout without having to provide my personal information, which was never required before.

TopCashBack USA I have won a cash prize from FreeLotto and they have given me a pin code, but I am unable to access the FreeLotto website to claim the cash prize.

In the year 2017, I played the freelotto game. On March 06, 2017, they said that I had won a cash prize of $11,260,000.00 from the freelotto game. Also, I was informed by email that I was eligible to receive the cash prize and the cash prize was for me. I have been given a pin code. I was told to get the cash prize but I can't log in to get the money. Please help me to get half of this cash prize. For this. Give me an answer.

Desired outcome: Tell them what to do to get the cash prize.

TopCashBack USA I've been using the TopCashback website and extension for over a year now for various websites and promotions

I've been using the TopCashback website and extension for over a year now for various websites and promotions. TopCashback has consistently failed to track cashback with the exception of some websites such as eBay which seems to track fairly consistently. Nearly every other website has failed tracking on most occasions. While those were minor inconveniences, my recent experience with a particular ***'s transaction with TopCashback has been particularly unsatisfactory. After bed purchase with the promise of 15% cashback, it did not track despite having the extension installed and given explicit notice by the extension that cashback was activated, it ended up not tracking. I submitted a ticket and was not given a response for 4 months, at the end of which the claim was denied with no recourse. Having used competing services such as *** their tracking is far superior and have unmatched customer service. I see no reason why TopCashback is unable to match their service.

Topcashback promises cash back promos on certain stores. I shopped at adidas and should have received two cash back amounts of 20 dollars. Upon cashing out my 40 total, topcashback canceled my account and blocked me from logging in. I'd like to report this business as a scam. My husband has also ordered from them and his account was canceled as well. Every time you try to cash out your account is canceled. This isn't right and is very misleading.

I bought 2 items to get the cash back that the website offered. When I went to actually cash out the $35 owed to me the website kept giving me errors. The dont have a customer service phone number to contact and they only have a "submit a ticket" for tech support option. They responded to me saying that it should be solved and it's still not so im starting to believe this is a false website because they are honoring their obligations. So all I want is to get my $35 cashback option and I can just close the account afterwards.

This business claims to give cash back on purchases made with their browser extension. i have tried multiple times to make purchases, and never gotten cash back. on top of that, I have referred people to use the app, which is supposed to give a cash back bonus. Those people have never been able to get cash back despite following the instructions. I reached out to file complaints with the company about missed services that were not given as cash back or credit. and those now are all not showing up. Basically it seems that the extension just steals your personal information and does not pay cash back on purchases as claimed.

On 11/26, after I made the purchase on Hp.com, I received an email confirmation from topcashback with the subject "TopCashback - First click has been Successful". On 01/11, I received the two laptops from HP.com but I never received the expected cashback from topcashback. Therefore, on 01/28, I filed a claim on topcashback.com for the missing cashback. On 01/28, I received a message from topcashback stating my claim for the missing cashback was declined because TopCashback was not the last referred click when making a transaction. This is clearly wrong because I only clicked TopCashback referred link once and I received TopCashback's email confirmation. I signed up as a new member on April 18, 2022. As a new member it advertised if you made a $15 or more purchase at Lowes through clicking through their site you will receive $15 back. Its called a freebie. I made purchase, got email saying its tracking. The next day I try to login and cant. I email multiple times, finally a response and they said I have multiple accounts & closed my account. I only have one account. They wont reply anymore. I had a couple friends also since I shared it on my IG that also signed up & they have the same problem also. So I know its just not me. I also stated looking into reviews & more research shows this place is shady & do what they can not to payout. I want what I signed up for, my $15.00.

After waiting for 10 days, I filed a missing cashback claim on their website on 01/16/2022. I was asked to forward a copy of my reservation addressed to FAO:***-Claim ID on 01/20/2022 and I promptly did. Ever since, I haven't heard back from them. I have sent numerous nudges on their website and also sent messages and emails. It has been more than 4 months (clearly outside the processing time window) and no reply. It is very unfair on Topcashback to not reply to messages and delay providing cashback.

The complaint is related to two cashback related orders that I placed through the website. Both orders were placed on Ticketmaster after clicking on cashback links from Topcashback. Details of the order are as below.Order # ***-[protected] was for an amount of $657.45 and Order#***-[protected] was for an amount of $478.95. Topcashback had promised, on their website a 5% resale ticket purchase, which is what the above two orders were for. As per Topcashback's commitment, I should have received a sum of $32.8 and $23.9 for a combined amount of $56.8. These orders were placed back in Dec 19th, 2021 and I should have received the cashback no later than 60 days (as per Tocashback's commitment on the website). It's been 150+ days and I still haven't received the cashback. I have repeatedly contacted the customer service team and have lodged claims with them. Each time they assure me that they will process the amount in 7 days but they never do. Please help.

I clicked through their provided link, logged in to my account, with no information different on their site than I used for my HBO MAX ***.Purchase was made June 30th on July 13th the cashback was pending Oct 4th I received an update there was no update Oct 25 I'm told they couldn't match my email address to the purchase with HBO This is clearly an attempt to not honor the terms of the offer. The email address I used for my HBO MAX *** is the exact same email address as the one I use for my topcashback account. There is 0 margin of error. email address matches, name matches, mailing and billing address. there is not a single personal info datapoint that doesn't match. Yet almost 5 months later they do not want to honor the terms they advertised for this offer on their website. There is now $110.09 that should be credited to my account that has been denied for no valid reason, other than to try to avoid paying per the terms they advertised.

Ordered at AliExpress on Mar 30, 2021. The order amount is $87.94 and cashback is $6.60. The cashback has been in pending state for *** 11 but was told to wait. Reached out again in 2022/01 and they don't bother to do anything. Here is their answer: "We believe in fair play here at TopCashback and as other members are in the same situation they are being told to wait as well. We are not able to push the sign up bonus payable."

I made a purchase on supplies outlet through topcashback link on Aug 24 2021. However, the cashback never arrived. I submitted a ticket on topcashback website on August 30. First the website would not submit the ticket for processing until at least 30 days later. After the ticket is submitted, they said they need some response from the retailer. Now it's Feb 2022. still nothing. If they are doing their job properly, why did they not contact the retailer and start investigation? All they did is sit there and do nothing. They blame the retailer for everything. Topcashback's work ethic and attitude is extremely unprofessional.

TopCashBack promised me $25 back if I buy anything worth $25 or more from *** They also promised me a $22.5 for every referral I make. After 2 weeks they closed my account and couldnt sign in anymore. When I emailed them about they issue they did not provide any reasons other than abusing referral program. I only referred my roommate, and her account is also closed.

I placed an order through *** using TopCashback as the portal with the extension showing that the cashback offer for 12% back was active throughout the entire check out process. I have cookies enabled and did not go through any other sites. You can even track the click that was made before the purchase. I have screenshots as evidence of each step of this purchase. However, they refuse to honor the cashback claim and say that HP did not register this sale through TopCashback. Why does this error fall on the consumer when the plugin you've created for your website that clearly states the cashback is activated as well as the click showing as registered both confirm the cashback. The way the company just completely neglects the evidence based on systems they've built indicates they can and will just refuse cashback on a whim as long as it profits them to. I highly recommend against using this website and recommend other much more dependable options. Literally anything else. I always keep records of my cashback clicks during purchases and have never had an issue getting missing cashback resolved until TopCashback.

Long story short..I signed up in June 2022 for myself and 2 other relatives who do not understand the internet and online shopping, but wanted in on discounts too, so they asked me to set it up and pay for their things (old school & didn't want to give their card # online- understandable after something like this. ) I made an order for myself and then the other 2 accounts. Mine was paid for and processed. The second was canceled due to inventory shortage in what they wanted so, that's fine, got the money back. The third was paid for and processed as well(still waiting for delivery to store). The deal on top cash back was "spend $15 at Dollar Tree get $15 back". I got $15 in laundry detergent for *** grandmother wanted the same so that's what I ordered for her as well. I got my detergent (still waiting for *** attempted to cash out. After trying to cash out I have been locked out of all 3 accounts. One of which NEVER even had an order successfully go through. How fair is that? For someone else to pick and choose who gets kicked out and who isn't? Zero morals. I would've never signed up had I known this would happen. So who gets the reward money back? Where did that go? I'm sure someone somewhere got it, right in to their thieving pockets.

On November 13 I used the website Topcashback.com to book a vacation with ***. I followed the instructions and clicked the *** link from Topcashback.com order order to be eligible for cash back on my purchase as stated in the offer. The purchase totaled *** and I was to earn cash back (4%) by making the *** purchase through Topcashback.com. On November 24th I filed a missing cashback claim and finally received a response from Topcashback on December 30 that the merchant has taken the decision to decline this claim, and due to this we have not received any cashback to pay over to you or to add to your account.The stated reason was that the order ID was invalid and that no cash back could be recovered. After a second follow up from me on December 30th I received a response on January 1st stating. Please note that we have not received a specific reason from the retailer and the above points are only suggestions as to why they may have reached this decision. I am filing this as the service failed to provide compensation for using their link to make the purchase. There are several other cash back sites that I could have used and now I am out the money and Topcashback is not standing behind its service. I followed the proper instructions and placed my clicked the *** link via topcashback.com and placed my order vrbo.com

I purchase a hotel booking through *** via TopCashBack, because it was the cheapest combination. I had other options, but this one would make the most financial sens. I ordered the hotel on 11/03. The purchase price was $48.53, and the expected cash back was $3.88. I completed my stay. Prior, I noticed my cash back reward was not showing as pending in my account. I contact TopCashBack on 11/09 to notify them of this. Through their investigation, they gave me automated notifications on 11/09, 01/10, and ultimately on 02/21. They denied the claim saying that I didn't click on their website link last before booking, which is impossible because I clicked on it and it forwarded me DIRECTLY to ***. I am asking for my cash back of $3.88, which is not much but otherwise if not received is false advertisement. I have not taken legal action but I know a lawyer and have consulted him and he would help me take legal action if necessary, even if it is over just $3.88. It is not my fault that your system did not pick up the tracking and had an error. I should not be punished for your system not functioning correctly. I used TopCashBack previously numerous times and I know how it works. I would not have saw it and gone directly to *** on a separate browser. I would click the direct link so it would have the tracking on it.

I have sent 6 emails/tickets thru their system since [protected] to no avail. They send to an affiliate to send to HP. They assert they are waiting on information and it take 2-3 months. Sorry but it's 2020, research doesn't take 2-3 months in 2020. I have offered to provide my confirmation of order email as well as my your laptop has mailed email from HP. They won't accept it. I have asked for who their affiliate is and how to contact them. They won't provide the information. I have asked for which department at HP they work with and I will call HP at corp hq in Palo Alto, CA and ask to be transferred to that department. They won't provide that information either. I ask for a contact at TopCashBack to speak with and they won't give me a phone number. I have now asked for their corp address and who their general counsel is. I haven't heard back from them for the last 2 business days. They are sitting on the claim, doing nothing and holding the money earning interest at my expense. I want a check cut and sent via trackable mail, FedEx, UPS or USPS and provided the tracking #. This is ridiculous that it takes a month to process and they still haven't done anything to date. Please help me!

I made bookings at *** and *** through TopCashback in November for my colleagues' trip in December. I booked rooms in *** but cancelled them shortly as I found a better hotel at a better location with a lower room rate. Later, I noticed that the room rate went down again, and as I had booked rooms with the free cancellation policy, I cancelled some of them and booked at the lower rate again. Now, the CS rep at TopCashback thinks that I've raised concerns for claiming false cashback gained from illegitimate purchases because I booked and cancelled within minutes of each other at ***. Also, the rep was asking for invoice and proof of payment with *** purchases, which have nothing to do with booking and cancelling. This is ridiculous because the basic condition for cashback for travel-related purchases is that you can claim the cashback only after the trips took place. Vendors have already verified that they are legitimate purchases which I have already consumed and I don't understand why the rep is insisting that it raise concerns for being illegitimate. I had no problem with *** and *** before for getting over a thousand dollars of rebate for booking rooms at ***, and I feel I should have gone with them this time as well. Pity, if the rep was just trying to not to pay and save a couple of hundreds bucks, as the rep was just repeating words making non-sense.

I opened 3 claims for missing cashback and after several weeks they/their merchant declined them because they "cannot track them". Before opening these claims I opened a support ticket about the missing cashbacks from the 3 transactions explaining that I was observing a potential bug in their website. In that support ticket I offered to provide my video recording of the potential bug behavior. I booked a hotel via TopCashBack.com with ***, and then *** processed it via ***. I recorded the process. This was supposed to be an absolutely eligible transaction/referral. I took multiple videos to recreate the scenario from TopCashBack, and everytime, TopCashBack turns to *** and then turns to ***. THREE TIMES. ***.com and ***.com have different cashback links under TopCashBack, so it was suspicious that they get redirected to each other or merged. I saw what was going on and how it can lead to disputes later. It is amazing that they deny it. Again, I have videos. I have other cashback sites with offers but I chose TopCashBack because it offered the highest amount. My mistake was trusting that their system and their merchants' are reliable and competent enough to trace and award my cashback. I find this very disappointing and disturbing because I know I earned those cashback properly. I am a long time user of cashback sites/apps and I am 100% sure I know what I'm doing. I let them know that I will make sure I share this experience with as many people as possible to protect them from losing their cashback and wasting their time with this unreliable service and ripoff.

I joined TopCashBack in Sep 2017 and has been a loyal member. Over the years, I have earned $262.52 and redeemed $115.15. I read in the news recently that merchants like *** and *** stopped partnerships with shopping portals during the COVID-19. Realizing I still have more than $110 available in my TopCashBack account for immediate redemption, I decided to use it to help my current financial situation. Surprisingly, my account stopped working even though it worked fine just a few days ago. My mobile app still shows my earnings, but I cannot redeem anything. Resetting the password resulted in an error as well. The "Customer Service" link redirected me to log in. After Googling, I found some posts saying that the symptom indicates that TopCashBack suspended the account. I cannot believe this happened, because I did nothing that could have violated the Terms & Services. Initially, I thought TopCashback might have some concerns with my recent friend referral. However, after checking with him, he confirmed that he hadn't even joined TopCashback yet. Other than that, my only interaction with TopCashback this year was a purchase on Yamibuy on March 28 as I participated in a $3 Extra Cash Back promotion TopCashback emailed me about. When I made that purchase, I carefully followed TopCashback's instructions: I cleared cookies and disabled AdBlock before making the purchase. I honestly don't understand how TopCashback could have suspended my account. In fact, even if I failed to follow the steps exactly, the cashback transaction simply wouldn't be tracked or declined by the merchant. I don't see how that could logically lead to account suspension. My friend suspects that TopCashback suspended some high balance account to avoid a "bank run" during the COVID-19 pandemic. I don't want to believe in conspiracy theories but cannot think of any other reason unless TopCashback made a mistake.
