Coupons.com Disappointing Experience with Coupons.com

After trying to use Coupons.com for savings, I ended up feeling frustrated and let down. The promised cash back never came through, and the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. It's disheartening when a service fails to deliver on its promises, leaving customers like me feeling misled and dissatisfied. I would caution others to be wary of using Coupons.com based on my experience.

Coupons.com Some of the people here are blaming the coupons.com

Some of the people here are blaming the coupons.com software for their computer trouble. The only reason they're doing that is because they have absolutely no idea how computers and internet work. Coupons.com does not infect your computer with a virus. If you didn't download the Coupons.com software from Coupons.com but from somewhere else instead, then you have no one to blame but yourself. Maybe next time you should pay attention to what's happening on your computer when you're installing things. Maybe learn a little bit about how stuff works first... like learning what all the things in your car do before you drive it.

With that being said, I don't like the Coupons.com software because it prints a large advertisement along with the coupon, wasting ink/toner -- which in no way saves anyone any money.

Uninstalled the software due to wasting my money.

Coupons.com They have a few coupons, but some are more for advertising

They have a few coupons, but some are more for advertising than actual coupons.

Also, the search is usually not working right. For example, it you want food coupons you can click that but it won't filter out other things. So if there are alot of coupons it takes awhile to browse through them b/c you can only see a few at a time.

Coupons.com Like the coupons

Like the coupons. Don't like the fact that I have to email them to myself to print them sine it apparently only works with an HP printer and doesn't recognize my Canon. You need to add more stores my local grocery store isn't listed do I can't save to the store card. And why do I have to open it from the app store when I have downloaded it? I click on the link to go to the site and it takes me to the passbook choices and says download now. Lot of work to get coupons. Need to make it a lot more user friendly from phones.

Coupons.com Hey Gang~

Hey Gang~

Talk about PRINTING MONEY with your computer, this site is a gas! After you download a simple coupon printing program (it's required to print bar codes), you can just line up all the savings on this website with your shopping list and kick butt!

I found this site when I was trying to locate the $1 OFF coupon for the new V8 Fusion drink. Hard to believe that it's never been reviewed and that I never knew about it before now. Anyway, it's got a top BBB rating and all the manufacturers coupons are there... everything from cereal and drinks to personal hygiene items, everything! Big savings and very easy to navigate. I think it will identify you by your geographic location (I'm in Florida and the big banner at the bottom was featuring Publix supermarket coupons). So in addition to the manufacturer coupons you may find even more specials at your local supermarket chain (and other stores as well). A great money-saving resource and it's all FREE!

I rate this 5 of 5 $$$$$

Coupons.com Coupons.com Review: Unreliable Mobile Rebates and No Customer Support

So, I've been using Coupons.com for a while now and I have to say, I'm not too impressed. I've heard that some people have been paid for using the site, but I haven't seen a single deposit in my PayPal account yet. It's frustrating because there's no way to chat with anyone to figure out what's going on. The message I received said that I should expect communication via email, but I haven't received anything.

Honestly, unless you're printing coupons, I wouldn't waste your time with this site. The mobile rebates are unreliable and I've never even been asked to sign in with PayPal. My information is correct and there's nothing wrong on PayPal's end either. Since nobody wants to answer my questions, I have to call this issue unresolved and more than inconvenient. I don't use this site for my health - I carefully plan my shopping trips with little money and this is one of the main ways I've survived.

It's frustrating to be screwed over by a well-known "reputable" company with no means of communicating with anyone regarding my issue. I would suggest trying another site because you will not receive your rebate for one reason or another, and you'll never know why. Responsibility will not be taken by Coupons.com and whatever explanation they give will be very loosely-worded and imply that the error is on your end when the only bit of information required is your email address.

Are you sure that's your email? Well, you must've made a mistake. *click end chat session

Coupons.com Frustrating Experience with Coupons.com: Verification and Printing Issues

I've been using coupons.com for a long time now, and I have to say, it's not as good as it used to be. I recently changed my phone number to a cricket number, and I wasn't able to print coupons anymore. It was really frustrating, especially since my old phone number worked just fine. If you're having the same problem, here's a tip: try verifying your yahoo mail account with your new phone number. I did that, and suddenly coupons.com accepted my phone number. I'm not sure why, but it worked for me, so it might work for you too.

But my happiness was short-lived, because now I can't print coupons at all. When I press the verify code button, nothing happens. The code just stays on the screen, and there's no advice anywhere on how to fix it. I've tried deleting my cookies and everything, but nothing seems to work. At least I have a code now, right? Ha!

Honestly, don't get your hopes up too high. This problem seems to be happening on all websites that use coupons.com as their coupon printer, like kelloggsfamilyrewards. It's really frustrating, and I wish there was a solution. Good luck to anyone else who's having this problem!

Coupons.com Coupons.com's Verification Process is a Major Inconvenience for Customers

I recently tried to print some coupons from Coupons.com using my trusty cell phone, which had worked just fine the week before. However, when I tried to get the verification code this time around, I was met with an error message saying that my phone number couldn't be accepted. What gives? This isn't the first time I've had trouble with Coupons.com - their site claims that you only need to be verified once, but every time I try to print coupons, I have to go through the whole verification process again. It's a real pain in the neck.

I'm not the only one who's had trouble with this, either. There are plenty of other customers out there who are dissatisfied with Coupons.com's verification process. You'd think that the company would take notice of all the complaints and work to fix the problem, but so far, that hasn't been the case. It seems like they're content to keep frustrating their customers with this ridiculous verification system.

One of the biggest issues with the verification process is that it requires you to give out your cell phone number. For many people, this isn't a big deal - they have a landline they can use as an alternative. But for those of us who rely solely on our cell phones, it's a major inconvenience. And if you're using a pre-paid cell phone, forget about it - you won't be able to receive the verification text at all.

I've got a standard cell phone plan, and sometimes I can get the verification code just fine. But other times, Coupons.com rejects my phone number for no apparent reason. It's especially frustrating when there are coupons I really want to print - it feels like the site is deliberately trying to keep me from saving money.

So, Coupons.com, if you're listening: please fix your site. There are plenty of other coupon sites out there, and if you don't start treating your customers better, we'll take our business elsewhere. It's time to start emailing verification codes instead of requiring us to give out our phone numbers. It's time to start listening to your customers and making changes that will actually benefit us.

Coupons.com Coupons.com App Review: Great Cash Back Offers, But Frustrating Functionality

I downloaded the Coupons.com app and headed to the store to take advantage of their cash back offers. I was excited to save some money on my grocery bill. I purchased a variety of items and had several lengthy receipts to submit. When I scanned the items, they all appeared to be eligible for cash back.

However, the next day I received emails from Coupons.com stating that they were unable to process my receipts. They claimed that they needed to see the store, date, item, price, and other information. I was confused because I had already scanned the receipts and the items had lit up as eligible.

I decided to rescan the receipts and found that some of the items were no longer eligible. For example, I had purchased Pizza Rolls, which were listed in the email Coupons.com sent me, but now they claimed that the item didn't match. I received three emails from them so far, and I'm starting to get frustrated.

If they continue to have trouble processing my receipts, I may have to stop using this app altogether. The camera feature is also a bit finicky. It's supposed to work best against a dark background, but even when I tried using a black item of clothing or my black desktop, it still couldn't take the picture automatically.

I had to manually take pictures of the receipts, and even then, some items were still not recognized. This was especially frustrating because I had purchased a lot of items at once, and it was taking a lot of time to scan each one.

I compared Coupons.com to my Fetch app, which was able to read the same receipts without any issues. It's disappointing that Coupons.com is having so much trouble processing my receipts, especially when other apps can do it without any problems.

Overall, I'm not sure if I'll continue to use Coupons.com. The cash back offers are great, but the app's functionality needs improvement. It's frustrating to spend so much time scanning receipts only to have them rejected. I hope Coupons.com can fix these issues soon.

Coupons.com Coupons.com Review: Beware of Viruses and Spyware - Caused Computer Shutdowns and Cost $150 to Fix

I've been using Coupons.com for about 3 months now, since I started getting into couponing. At first, everything seemed fine, but then I started noticing my computer slowing down. It wasn't until about 2 weeks ago that things really started going wrong. My computer would just shut down after about 20 minutes of use, and I'd get a blue screen with a bunch of warnings about memory. It was a real headache, especially since my two teenagers need the computer for schoolwork and other things.

I finally took my tower to a computer repair tech, and he told me right away that the problem was with Coupons.com's "coupon printer." Apparently, it comes with a lot of viruses and spyware. He said it would cost $150 to fix, but since I didn't have that kind of money, I decided to try uninstalling the coupon printer myself.

I followed the tech's instructions and restarted my computer, then ran a full virus scan with McAfee. To my surprise, it found two viruses and two Trojan horses that I hadn't been able to detect before because my computer would shut down before the scan could finish. It was a real relief to finally get rid of those nasty bugs.

In the end, though, I've decided to go back to old-school couponing and get my coupons strictly from the newspaper. Coupons.com caused my family of 6 two weeks of headaches, irritation, and frustration, and I don't want to risk that happening again. If your family depends on the computer for school and other business needs, I'd steer clear of Coupons.com. They really need to get their act together and make sure their site is safe for users.

Coupons.com Don't Waste Your Time with Coupons.com: Try These Better Coupon Apps Instead

I'm pretty frustrated with Coupons.com, to be honest. I've seen a lot of negative reviews about it, and I have to say, they're pretty accurate. I use a lot of other coupon apps, like ibotta and Groupon, and I hardly ever have any issues with them. Sure, there might be a bug here and there, but it's usually fixed pretty quickly. But with Coupons.com, I've been trying to use it for three weeks now and I still can't get it to work. Every time I try to use it, it tells me there's a connection error, which is total BS because none of my other apps have that problem.

Honestly, I wouldn't waste your time with Coupons.com. If you're a stay-at-home mom like me and you have some extra time to mess around with these apps, then maybe it's worth a shot. But if you're a working mom who doesn't have a lot of spare time, then I'd definitely recommend trying something else. Personally, I love ibotta. I've already gotten back over $50 from using it, and it's super easy to use. I also shop at Walmart a lot, and I use their Catching's saver app, which has been great. I've gotten over $40 back from that one.

If you're looking for something that's even easier than ibotta, then you might want to try Dropkick. All you have to do is walk around the store and scan stuff, and you'll earn money. You don't even have to buy anything! Of course, if you do buy their featured products, you'll earn even more points and be able to get a gift card faster. It does take a little longer to earn stuff on Dropkick, but I still really like it.

I haven't used Groupon all that much yet, but I'm planning to give it a try soon. Overall, I'd say that Coupons.com just isn't worth the hassle. There are plenty of other coupon apps out there that are much easier to use and actually work.

Coupons.com Coupons.com's Poor Customer Service: Missing Rebate and No Response from Support

On the 15th of August, I was able to redeem a $10 rebate from a company that uses coupons.com to process the transaction. The rebate was confirmed by the company and all the necessary steps, including text exchanges, were completed with coupons.com. I even received a text from coupons.com stating that the $10 rebate would be deposited into my PayPal account. However, that never happened.

Unfortunately, coupons.com does not offer a live customer service line, so I completed a survey which led to a series of emails with tech support. The issue is still ongoing after almost three weeks, and coupons.com has no record of the redemption in their system. I have provided screenshots of each step of the redemption process, including the text messages and notifications that the payments would be deposited into my PayPal account, which shows that the order was in their system.

It is not the customer's responsibility to supply the data for coupons.com to find the order/redemptions; it is theirs! Despite leaving two voicemail messages at ***600 Qoutient Technologies/coupons.com, I have not received a callback within the 48 hours as the message states. It has now been one week later, and I have not received a response from the ***@QUOTIENT.COM email address provided for coupon.com support on the Quotient Technologies webpage, which is not listed on coupons.com.

This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and have my issues resolved in a timely manner. I hope that coupons.com will take the necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure that their customers are satisfied with their experience.

Coupons.com COUPONS.COM Software Disables Write Access to Internal HD - Almost Criminal!

Why does COUPON.COM downloaded/installed Software DISABLE WRITE ACCESS TO MY INTERNAL HD - particularly other than the C: drive and all EXTERNAL R/W Media (external HD, flash cards, USB keys)? I have been struggling with this issue for months and finally, I could not re-establish READ/WRITE access to logical drives on my Hard Drive(s) except for the C: Drive. At first, I checked that the MBR for the Physical Drive was set to READ/WRITE and it was. Next, I checked the R/W bit for each of the Logical Drives and YES, they were all set to READ/WRITE so the problem is not with the Physical Device or Logical Drives on it and the operating system clearly sees it as READ/WRITE at the HAL Layer. My conclusion was that it has to be software interfering with Windows. My solution was to begin uninstalling Software one at a time and rebooting. When it came to COUPONS.COM, the PROBLEM WENT AWAY. I REINSTALLED COUPONS.COM software, and the PROBLEM CAME BACK. I UNINSTALLED IT AGAIN, AND THE PROBLEM WENT AWAY. I REINSTALLED IT AGAIN, AND THE PROBLEM CAME BACK. I UNINSTALLED IT FOREVER, and there has not been a repeat of a problem with READ/WRITE access to my internal hard drives.

YOUR SOFTWARE'S ACTIONS BORDER ON THE CRIMINAL, AND I WILL BE ADDRESSING THAT ISSUE WITH THE FTC and the STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL TOMORROW!

[Edit] It has been over 9 months since I first posted this review, and there have been no issues with READ/WRITE access to any Internal Hard Drives or External Hard Drives or External media storage devices like USB Keys or Flash Memory Cards. I was having significant problems with all of them.

IF YOU WISH TO USE THIS SOFTWARE (Coupons.com coupon printer) - INSTALL IT, PRINT THE COUPONS, UNINSTALL IT, and IMMEDIATELY REBOOT [end Edit]

I am not sure why COUPON.COM downloaded/installed Software DISABLED WRITE ACCESS TO MY INTERNAL HD, but it was a nightmare. I was unable to access my logical drives on my Hard Drive(s) except for the C: Drive. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. Finally, I decided to uninstall software one at a time and rebooting. When I uninstalled COUPONS.COM, the problem went away. I reinstalled it, and the problem came back. I uninstalled it again, and the problem went away. I reinstalled it again, and the problem came back. I uninstalled it forever, and there has not been a repeat of a problem with READ/WRITE access to my internal hard drives.

I am not happy with the actions of COUPON.COM software. It was almost criminal that it interfered with my Windows operating system. I will be addressing this issue with the FTC and the State Attorney General tomorrow. However, I must say that it has been over 9 months since I first posted this review, and there have been no issues with READ/WRITE access to any Internal Hard Drives or External Hard Drives or External media storage devices like USB Keys or Flash Memory Cards. I was having significant problems with all of them.

If you want to use this software (Coupons.com coupon printer), I suggest you install it, print the coupons, uninstall it, and immediately reboot.

Coupons.com Disappointed with Coupons.com Rebate Processing and Customer Service

Coupons.com is a website that offers various rebates and coupons for different products. I recently purchased two 20-packs of Coors Light from SAFEWAY on 10/6, and I was excited to see that there was a $15 rebate offer available on Coupons.com. The offer was valid until 11/5, and I made sure to comply with all the requirements before submitting my rebate claim.

However, I was disappointed to find out that my rebate claim was denied by Coupons.com on 11/30. The reason given was that they were too late in processing my claim. I was frustrated because I had followed all the instructions and had submitted my claim well before the deadline.

The rebate details were as follows: the rebate was for $15, payable to a valued customer like me. The purchase location was SAFEWAY, and the address was 1530 Hamilton Ave. San Jose CA. The date of purchase was 10-06-2018, and the transaction ID was ***. The rebate had to be claimed by 11-05-2018, and it was a special offer on two 20-packs or larger of Coors Light, Coors Banquet, Miller Lite, Miller Genuine Draft, or Miller64.

The terms and conditions of the rebate were that the minimum beer purchase had to be $15.01, and it could be a mix or match of any variety, bottles or cans. The rebate was valid in CA, and the purchaser had to be 21 or older. The price of beer had to exceed the total amount of rebate, not including sales tax. The purchaser had to pay sales tax, and the rebate payment would be directly deposited into the PayPal account associated with the shopper's registered email address within 3-5 business days. If shoppers did not have a PayPal account, they would receive an email with prompts to set up an account and redeem the rebate. A valid receipt/proof of purchase had to accompany the submission, and there was a limit of one rebate per purchase. The rebate could not be combined with other offers, and employees and officers of MillerCoors, affiliated companies, licensed retailers, distributors, and family members residing in the same households as any of the above were not eligible. MillerCoors reserved the right to require additional information/identification prior to honoring rebate request and to reject non-conforming rebate requests without liability of any kind. This rebate was void if sold, transferred, assigned, or copied. Redemption or handling of this coupon not according to its terms constituted fraud. The rebate was void where prohibited. CELEBRATE RESPONSIBLY?2018 COORS BREWING COMPANY, GOLDEN, CO? BEER.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Coupons.com. While the rebate offer was attractive, the processing of my claim was delayed, and I did not receive the rebate that I was entitled to. I hope that Coupons.com can improve its processing times and customer service in the future.

Coupons.com Coupons.com Review: Hassle to Use, Poor Customer Support, Not Worth the Time

I've been using Coupons.com for a few years now and it was great at first. However, recently they made some changes that have made it a real pain to use. Now, in order to print coupons, you have to enter your mobile phone number and accept a text verification code. This might not seem like a big deal, but I don't have a phone with text or data, so it's been a real hassle for me.

I called the support line and left my name and phone number for them to call me back within one business day. However, it took two days for them to finally get back to me. When I did finally get a human on the line, they gave me a verification code that I had to enter within the hour or it would be no good. I asked if that code would be good forever and the woman said yes. But that turned out to be a lie.

When I called for another code, it took forever and when I finally got it, it didn't work. I've been trying to print coupons for three months now and I haven't been able to do it. I refuse to call every time I want to download any coupons. It's just not worth the hassle.

Overall, I would say that Coupons.com is a pretty crappy site. If you're looking for a good coupon site, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Don't waste your time with this one.

Coupons.com Review of Coupons.com: Great Savings, but Beware of Installation Process

From a regular user:

I recently started using Coupons.com to save some money on my grocery shopping. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the extra software that was required to print the coupons. However, after installing the program, I realized that it just uses my own printer software, which is pretty convenient.

The website has a wide range of coupons available for different products and brands, which is great. I also like that they have a feature that allows me to search for coupons based on my location, so I can find deals that are available in my area.

One thing that I found a bit confusing was the installation process. The program is an "exe" file that installs an addon to my browser. I'm not sure why this extra step is necessary, but it didn't take too long to install, so I didn't mind too much.

However, I did notice that the program seemed to be accessing some of my Windows installation files during the installation process. I'm not sure why this is necessary, but it did make me a bit uneasy. I also read some reviews that mentioned that there might be some monitoring software embedded in the program, which is a bit concerning.

Overall, I think Coupons.com is a great resource for anyone looking to save some money on their grocery shopping. However, I would recommend being cautious during the installation process and keeping an eye on your computer's security settings.

Coupons.com Coupons.com Review: A Treasure Hunt for Savings, But Beware of Ink and Patience

Every time I go on this website, there are already coupons to be clipped waiting to be printed. It's like a treasure hunt, but for savings! I've gone through and unclipped all the coupons that I wanted, but some of them said "Limit Reached." Really? I couldn't unclip the ones that said that, so I guess I'll have to wait until next time. But, I did manage to clip a bunch of coupons that I know I'll use. I mean, who doesn't love saving money?

However, when I went to print the coupons, I realized that I was out of ink. And, to make matters worse, you can only print in color! Who has time for that? I ended up printing 27 coupons that I couldn't use, didn't want, and had to throw away. All for a measly $1.00 off of Listerine. Ugh.

But, despite the frustration, I still think this website is worth checking out. I mean, if you're willing to put in the effort, you can save a lot of money. And, let's be real, who doesn't love a good deal? Just make sure you have plenty of ink and patience.

Overall, I think this site is helpful, but it can be frustrating at times. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to save money, maybe try buying a Sunday newspaper instead. But, if you're up for a challenge and want to save some serious cash, give Coupons.com a try. Just don't forget to look for coupons for ink while you're at it!

Coupons.com Disappointing Experience with Coupons.com: Coupons Denied with Unreasonable Excuses

We recently decided to give Coupons.com a try, as we have been using a similar app called Ibotta. However, we were disappointed to find that Coupons.com denied all of the coupons we tried to use, giving some excuse that didn't make much sense. It's frustrating to waste time on something that doesn't work properly.

The system is similar to Ibotta, where we scan our receipt and check the items we purchased. We usually do this on the same day as our store visit, as it's more convenient that way. However, when we tried to use Coupons.com on the same day, it said that the item was bought before the coupon was clipped. This doesn't make sense to us - what's the point of the receipt if not to prove that we bought the item on the same day we clipped the coupon?

We could understand if we had purchased the item the day before and then went back to clip a coupon, but doing it before the store purchase on the same day apparently is still not good enough. It's frustrating to get multiple emails for each purchase with some lame excuse why they won't honor it. Who has time for that?

Overall, we found the Coupons.com app to be a bit of a letdown. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with multiple emails and excuses. We ended up deleting the app and sticking with Ibotta, which has been much more reliable for us.

Coupons.com Disappointing Experience with Coupons.com: Software Issues Ruin Savings Potential

So, I was browsing coupons.com today and decided to print off some coupons for my grocery shopping. I've used this website before and already had the software installed to print the coupons. I picked out a few coupons and printed them without any issues. However, when I went back to the coupon list to select some more, I was prompted to install the software again. I was quite annoyed by this as I had been using the website for months without any problems.

Anyway, I went ahead and installed the software again, and it seemed to go smoothly. But when I tried to print my coupons, the software just kept lagging and stalling, and I couldn't get anything to print. I was so frustrated by this experience that I felt like it was just a scam to get their software on my computer. I ended up uninstalling it and have no plans to use coupons.com again.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience on this website. It seemed like a great resource for saving money on groceries, but the software issues really ruined it for me. I would caution others to be wary of using this site and to make sure they have a backup plan in case the software doesn't work. In my opinion, it's just not worth the hassle.

Coupons.com Review: Coupons.com - Don't Blame the Software for Your Own Mistakes

I've seen some folks around here pointing fingers at Coupons.com for causing issues with their computers. But let's be real, if you don't know how to navigate the world wide web, then you shouldn't be blaming the software for your own mistakes. Coupons.com is not responsible for any viruses or malware on your computer. If you downloaded the software from a sketchy website, then that's on you, my friend. It's like driving a car without knowing how to operate it properly. You gotta learn the basics before you hit the road.

Now, let's talk about the software itself. Personally, I'm not a fan of Coupons.com because it prints out a huge advertisement along with the coupon. This wastes ink and toner, which is not cost-effective at all. I mean, what's the point of saving a few cents on a product if you're spending more on printing out the coupon? It just doesn't make sense to me.

Overall, I uninstalled the software because it was costing me more money than it was saving me. But if you're someone who knows how to use the internet and doesn't mind the extra ink usage, then Coupons.com might be worth checking out. Just be sure to download it from the official website to avoid any potential issues.

Coupons.com Beware of Restrictions: A Review of Coupons.com

Coupons.com is a website that offers a variety of coupons for different products and services. It's a great way to save money on your purchases, but there are a few things you need to be aware of before you start using the site.

One of the biggest issues with coupon sites like Coupons.com is that there are often restrictions on the coupons. For example, you might see a coupon for a local restaurant that offers $10 off your bill for only $4. Sounds like a great deal, right? Well, not so fast. When you actually buy the coupon, you might find out that it's only good once a month. That means you can't use it every time you go to the restaurant, which is a major bummer.

Now, you might be thinking, "Well, why didn't they tell me that before I bought the coupon?" And that's a good question. The truth is, the restrictions are often hidden in the fine print, and you have to be really observant to find them. For example, you might have to click on a button that says "Policies" to see the restrictions. And let's be honest, who has time for that?

But here's the thing: you really do need to check the restrictions before you buy a coupon. Otherwise, you might end up wasting your money on something you can't even use. And that's not a good feeling.

So, if you're going to use Coupons.com or any other coupon site, make sure you read the fine print. Look for any restrictions or policies that might limit your use of the coupon. And don't be fooled by sneaky marketing tactics that make the coupon seem like a better deal than it really is.

In conclusion, Coupons.com can be a great way to save money on your purchases, but you need to be careful. Make sure you understand the restrictions before you buy a coupon, and don't fall for any marketing tricks. With a little bit of caution, you can save money and still enjoy all the things you love.

Coupons.com Disappointing App with Poor Customer Service and Redemption Process

This app is not the best, to say the least. I have used many apps like this before, but I have never had so many problems with one. I have had very few issues with saving star, and when I did, they were always resolved quickly. This app has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it falls short. The redemption process is not seamless, but it could work if it actually did what it was supposed to do. I follow the instructions, get a confirmation, and then it says that the item should appear in my redemption history within 15 minutes to three days. That is a complete lie! It has never happened that way! It takes weeks for the item to show up in my redemption history, and usually only after I have already received the PayPal deposit. Currently, I have been waiting for almost a month, and I am still struggling with the worst customer service ever. All the other legitimate apps I use have a fairly straightforward process to open a ticket, but not this one! The customer care chat will say that it can't help you and direct you to email. It shouldn't be this hard! Please fix your app!

Coupons.com Avoid Coupons.com: A Nightmare of Toolbars and Uninstall Woes

Coupons.com is a website that claims to help you find amazing deals on items you love to purchase. However, it does more than that. It takes over your browser and installs toolbars and sidebars that cannot be removed easily. It's a real pain in the neck! I mean, who wants to have their browser cluttered with all sorts of add-ons that they don't need or want?

The uninstall software provided by Coupons.com is a joke. It always crashes when you try to remove the toolbars. And if that's not bad enough, the last time I tried to remove the toolbar, it installed a second toolbar! Now I have two toolbars that I don't want or need. It's like a nightmare that never ends.

I tried calling the technical support number listed on the website, but it was a complete waste of time. I was shuffled around to multiple extensions, and when I finally got through to someone, they told me that the office was closed. What a joke! I mean, why even have a technical support number if no one is going to answer it?

I decided to take matters into my own hands and delete the program files from my computer. But unlike any other folder in my program files, I did not have the authority to open the folder. It was like Coupons.com had taken over my computer completely. I was so frustrated that I sent multiple emails to Coupons.com, but no one ever responded.

In conclusion, I would not recommend downloading anything from Coupons.com or even visiting their website. It's not worth the hassle and frustration that comes with it. Don't trust Coupons.com, and don't waste your time with their so-called deals.

Coupons.com Review: Coupons.com - Frustration and Wasted Time

Coupons.com is a website that offers coupons for various products and services. If you're lucky enough to have it work for you, then that's great! However, if something goes wrong, be prepared for hours of frustration. I have personally experienced nothing but repeated frustration and wasted time every time I try to print coupons using coupons.com software.

My first encounter with coupons.com was when I was helping my mom who wanted to print coupons. It was such a hassle! To make matters worse, if there is a problem, it will not let you reprint the coupon. That was on a Windows computer. Recently, on my Mac, I joined a reward site and earned points for coupons. When it came time to print, I had to install coupon.com software. It's been awhile since I tried to use coupon.com software so I thought I would give it a try. It was another huge headache.

The coupon printed incorrectly and of course, I could not try to fix it because after making changes and trying to get the software to work again, it tells me I have already printed the coupon and cannot do it again. Plus, all the points I earned are now gone because I redeemed them. It was such a frustrating experience that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

In conclusion, if you're looking for coupons, I suggest looking elsewhere. Coupons.com may work for some people, but for me, it was nothing but a headache. If you do decide to use it, be prepared for hours of frustration and wasted time.
