Top Tier Solar Solutions review: Solar panels that are not working

Solar panels were installed on 10 July 2026. after the installation I was informed that 2 of the panels were not working on the earlier installed panels. was told that a work order would be sent. Called Deborah Costa on 23 July? she said she would see a work order was put in. Called 9/11 left message @9:30. Called 9/15 @10:07 left message. called again 9/16, 9/21 left messages. Texted Deborah 9/24 and 9/28, with no responses.
