We was lookin' to buy the REED *** 4 PC. PLASTIC PIPE FITTING REAMERS KIT PPRK4 from ToolBarn 'cause we heard they was a good place to get tools. We spent over $300 on it, so we was expectin' it to come in good condition. But when it arrived, the casing was all messed up. We was pretty ticked off 'cause we didn't wanna spend all that money on somethin' that was damaged.
So we called up ToolBarn to see what they could do. And you know what they said? They said they don't keep cases in stock, but we could ask for a replacement. But get this - they said the replacement might be better, the same, or worse. What kinda answer is that? Don't they check their stock before they send stuff out?
Overall, we ain't too happy with ToolBarn right now. We spent a lot of money on this tool kit and it came damaged. And their response wasn't too helpful either. We'll think twice before orderin' from them again.

I really wish I had read some reviews before buying the 100 ft 3/8" Blue Non-Marking 4000psi Pressure Washer Hose that includes QC Couplers SKU: pressureparts-3648-QC from ToolBarn. I used it only about 7-10 times and it blew up on me Tuesday night. I've been a window cleaner for 33 years and I know what I'm doing, so it's not like I was using it improperly. I think it's ridiculous that it only lasted that long.
I reached out to ToolBarn for help, but they said no because it had been over 90 days since I purchased it. I was really disappointed with their response. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't last and then not be able to get any help when it breaks.
Overall, I would say that my experience with ToolBarn was not great. The product didn't last long and their customer service wasn't helpful. I would caution others to be careful when purchasing from them and to read reviews before making a purchase.
