Tires Plus Total Car Care review: poor customer service

They're constantly changing managers, losing employees & customers, getting bad publicity- because they don't respect the customers for their time and money, they treat their customers like crap (esp. minorities), they overcharged people for the work they they do (or don't do right) on customers' vehicles, and the technicians are idiots, slow, and often rude, talking back or cursing out customers because they can't properly do quality auto care. plus the Tires Plus on 2705 Peach Orchard Rd SUCKS EVEN WORSE.. I wouldn't recommend folks to go back there again!
