The battery unit has failed on my Hero A10. I'm advised that I need to buy the battery and housing at a cost of £160 as the battery is no longer sold separately, which would be half the price. This is disgusting service because they are based in China. You cannot get a head office complaint for them to assist with a part exchange. I'd only just replaced, as is expected routinely, the filters a few weeks ago so that's also money that's now wasted.

Claimed loss: £200

Desired outcome: Supply battery only or pay for the unnecessary housing unit.
