I have now had two Tineco machines, and whilst I love them, the fact that both have failed does not bear well on the quality and longevity of the products. The first one was replaced with a refurbished one which is now out of warranty, but the Sale of Goods Act governs the sale of goods, ensuring that goods sold by merchants are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. I do not expect to pay for an item and for it not to last more that the warranty.
They have no repair services in the UK. Why sell in the UK? if they cannot provide repairs. Do UK buyers have to accept that once a machine fails then it has to be thrown away?
Desired outcome: Repair
