I went to Tim Lally on 6/5 cuz my check engine light was on my 2015 Chevy equinox. They did a scan and told me I needed a timing chain replaced cuz of the codes they got. The codes were P0010 intake camshaft position actuator solenoid valve and P0011 intake camshaft position system performance bank. The person who did the scan told me some lady with the same car as me had the same codes and needed a timing chain too for $2600. I dunno what they were tryna do but I fixed it myself after finding out what the codes meant. I wanna complain about Tim Lally for myself and maybe warn others bout this.

Tim Lally Chevrolet, Inc. messed up my credit score big time on October 24. They pulled my credit four times and my score dropped by forty-one points. I said it was okay for them to check with US Bank, but they went ahead and did three more pulls without my permission. They even went and pulled it twice on their own! And to top it off, they also pulled it with *** without my say-so. I talked to one of their Sales Associates on November 10, and he said there was nothing he could do. I called up the Attorney General's office here in Ohio yesterday, November 23, and they told me to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. They also said that Tim Lally Chevrolet, Inc. could take off the credit inquiries from my report. This whole thing has caused me a lot of financial trouble, especially since I'm on Family Medical Leave Act. I didn't even end up buying a car from them because they tried to sell me something I didn't want. I was looking for an *** or an ***, but they kept pushing something else on me. And when I tried to trade in my *** Turbo Charge, they said I didn't have enough Equity in my Chevrolet Cruze LT Turbo Charge. What a mess!

I bought a 2019 car from Tim Lally Chevrolet, Inc. with 4,333 miles on it on 12/15. It was shipped to me in Arizona. I had a brake issue and had to get it fixed at a local dealership in Arizona with 6,687 miles on it. Autonation Chevrolet Arrowhead in Arizona replaced the pads and rotors because they were warped. They told me it wasn't covered by warranty and I had to pay $4,347.64 out of pocket. Tim Lally sold me the car as a "Certified Pre-Owned" Chevrolet with a 12 month/12,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty from the time of purchase. I contacted Tim Lally Chevrolet on 7/15/22 but didn't get a response. I contacted the "ComplaintsBoard.com auto line" who put me in contact with a general motors representative named ***, ex***. She said my car couldn't be covered because the brakes could have been bad at the time of purchase and Tim Lally should be responsible since they sold me a "Certified Pre-Owned" Chevrolet with 172-point inspection and reconditioning process. The ComplaintsBoard.com mediator and *** said I need to contact the Ohio ComplaintsBoard.com due to a local dispute since the car was certified by Tim Lally Chevrolet. I think Tim Lally sold me the car with unsafe, faulty brakes and should either reimburse me for the out of pocket expense or honor the warranty I have through General Motors. They need to work the warranty issue out with General Motors and reimburse me since the car is still under warranty due to being a "Certified Pre-Owned" Chevrolet. I have attached support documents. It's a frustrating situation and I appreciate your help.
