Tim Hortons review: employee who works there

My name is stephanie blais; I am complaining about an employee at the above tim horton's address.
2 weeks ago I made a mess with my coffee on two different days. One of the female employees told me not to come back and I won't be served again.
I don't know her name & I don't know whether she is one of the bosses. After I was told not to return, I still returned and was not refused service. She was not working those times. Yesterday (saturday january 25th, 2020) at about 8: 00 a.M. When I entered the tim hortons and ordered. She embarrassed me by saying she told me not to come back. I was very polite, ordered my meal and did not make a mess. She didn't call the police to remove me and I ate my meal there. The issue is ; she was not consistent
She did not tell other employees that I couldn't come back because they served me and let me in to eat my meal when she was not there. If an employee at a buisiness is not consistent with customer's behaviour then they are sending mixed messages! So, i'm allowed to go there and be served when she isn't there but not when she is.
I am sorry for making a mess. I'll be nice and polite.
