Ticketfly review: Seller scammed me and didn't contact me

I bought 5 tickets to the concert from the company www.ticketfly.com. I left my email address and phone number, when I placed the order. Money was taken within couple of hours from my card. I patiently waited and got nothing. No confirmation, no receipt as well as the seller hasn’t contacted me. I think that it is scam, but I have no idea how to get my money back. This sum was too large and I need it back ASAP.
