I paid for one lead that was all. once they have your credit card they fire alot of leads without asking. You don't realize they are continually taking out fee for each lead. i tried several times to stop that. I went broke and could not pay my bills. My bank already disputed then thumbtack gave about half of the fees back. I thought it was over. A week later AFTER I SHUT DOWN MY CREDIT CARD AND DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT they started taking fees again from straight to my checking account bypassing the process. I only later opened my account with thumbtack up again because I could not get any information on my account and what they were doing unless I reactivated my account. Now they are charging again without my consent with a work with AI from thumbtack to get help.

Recommendation: Do not go here.
