Thrifty Rent A Car review: Incorrect order

I BOOKED A VEHICLE THROUGH ECONOMY BOOKINGS REF B63291496

when I booked it I believed I was booking a car with thrifty this is my first time booking a vehicle. when I booked the vehicle it was advertised with a free additional driver and a free child seat also it said it came with full insurance.

when I arrived in las vegas after very long day from the uk the thrifty desk was closed so I had to go to the dollar desk were I was told I had to pay for the extras which were advertised as free when I booked. the lady could not find my booking my phone would not work so I agreed to pay and would sort it out on my return to the uk. this took a large amount from our holiday fund.

when we returned home I got a statement of rental charges which I have sent to you I didn't ask for any extra insurance or road side premium service the only thing I agreed to was the fuel purchase

on the plus side the car was well presented and dropping of was very good
