Thrifty Rent A Car review: unethical behavior, humiliation, unauthorized closing of, a contract illegal, actions taken from a manager unauthorized charges

I had extended my rental and I was charged 555.00 on my credit card and the vehicle was extended till the 8th of March 2020. I have a copy of the thrifty statement and the credit card statement. yesterday we went to exchange the vehicle and the manager Abdel who refused to give me his last name which I have our conversation recorded took the keys and said the contract was closed. he called the cops and said that we were driving a stolen vehicles. The officer called thrifty from the location ant they were told that my contract was open and in good standing and that he needed to give me back the keys and that I had paid in advanced. The manger still refused. he actually closed the account without my presence. I was humiliated, embarrassed, and stuck in the middle of no where. I had to go to another location to rent another vehicle to get home. That was another charge I had to pay on top of you having charged my card with the week rental and deposit which I didn't even get to use due to the actions that manager took. you should be liable for my inconvenience. The officers checked the car out and he is witnessed that the car had no damage and it did not smell like cigarettes and even though I have that officer as a witness the manager still hit me off with a 400 dollar smoke damage to the car. I need an investigation to be made. I need my bill to be fixed and If I do not hear from anyone at thrifty I will be going to court to file a civil law suite just like the officer suggested I did, and the officer will serve as witness. If this does not get situated I will be suing for defamation, humiliation, harassment, illegal closing of a contract, pain and suffering and much more. So I need a call back as soon as possible, and I need you to investigate the illegal actions your manager is taking at your location. a manager is suppose to lure your customers in, not run them off. the officers also said that if he did something illegal to my account it can cause him his job. I will take this to the furthest I can, so please call me and lets discuss this situation. I've already contacted my lawyers.
